Fat And Furious...A Tale Of Chris Christie

*UPDATE* Glenn Beck stole my title and gave credit to some guy named Mason who called in to his show today (1-9-14) But I wrote this yesterday with the title (1-8-14) Would have been nice to have been given credit. Just sayin'.
Recently, rumors started flying about New Jersey Governor Chris Christie. It is alleged that his office was involved in a scheme to punish a local Democratic mayor for refusing to back him in his re-election bid against Democratic challenger Barbara Buono. Apparently his staff sent emails to the Port Authority Director urging him to cause traffic to jam in the mayor's district. Here is a transcript of said emails:

“Time for some traffic problems in Fort Lee,” Bridget Anne Kelly, Christie’s deputy chief of staff, wrote in an Aug. 13 email to former Port Authority Director of Interstate Capital Projects David Wildstein.

This resulted in days of crippling lane closure-related traffic jams near the George Washington Bridge, the “world’s busiest motor vehicle bridge.” The Wall Street Journal has apparently obtained documents to back all of this up. Here is the rest of the story from The Blaze:

It’s believed Christie’s office may have ordered the Fort Lee lockup to punish the borough’s Mayor Mark Sokolich, a Democrat, for refusing to endorse the governor in his re-election bid against Democrat Barbara Buono.Sokolich’s decision was unique in that it made him one of the few Democratic municipal officials in the state to not endorse the popular Republican governor.
And based on the Journal documents, it appears the lane closures that caused so much trouble may have been politically motivated and not part of any “traffic study.”
“I feel badly about the kids. I guess,” an unidentified author wrote in an email to Wildstein, referring to the Sokolich’s task of trying to figure out how to get students to and from school.
“They are the children of Buono voters,” Wildstein replied, referring to the governor’s re-election opponent.
Wildstein was forced to turn the communications over to a New Jersey State Assembly committee in compliance with a subpoena, the Bergen Record reported.
“Christie has previously said that no one on his legislative or campaign staff was involved in the lane closures. He also brushed off questions in December on the topic by joking that he moved the cones himself,” Business Insider noted.
However, the recently uncovered emails show that Kelly “was involved in the planning and received updates during the week of the traffic jams,” the Bergen Record report added.
Further, according to the same report, Kelly reportedly knew Christie’s allies at the Port Authority were intentionally “ignoring the Fort Lee mayor’s desperate attempts to get a reason for the sudden unannounced closures.”
Now, it could be that the language in the recently unearthed communications between Christie’s office and the Port Authority has been misinterpreted and that there was no scheme to destroy Fort Lee with traffic.
But based on the scarcity of denials from Christie’s allies and the fact that the governor’s office abruptly cancelled all scheduled events Wednesday after the emails were published, the abuse of power rumors could be much more serious than originally thought.

Now, Christie is "outraged" by these allegations and is "saddened" that this happened and has said that he was 100%  unaware of these activities by his staff. My question would be, why would he or his staff be pissed off because a Democrat refused to back him in his re-election bid? Who the hell cares what a Democrat does? And what Conservative expects a Democrat to back them? Someone who is no Conservative. Christie is nothing more than a progressive POS and he is so far up Obama's ass that I'm surprised it doesn't look like Michelle's. 

He is only trying to get this crap out now and be "outraged" by it so that when it is time for him to throw his hat in the ring for the Presidency, people will have forgotten all about it. In the Bible, God called His people Jeshurun. In Deuteronomy 32:15:

But Jeshurun waxed fat, and kicked: thou art waxen fat, thou art grown thick, thou art covered with fatness; then he forsook God which made him, and lightly esteemed the Rock of his salvation. 

But what does Jeshurun mean? It actually means just a little bit stupid. God was growing very weary of His children and He is calling them lazy. Look around today, my friend and tell me that America is not just a little bit stupid and lazy. 

Stupid people will forget all about this "scandal" and watch how the left will rally around to get Christie the nomination of the GOP. If that won't be a red enough flag, then nothing will. After all, president prissy pants has had scandal after scandal and yet Boo Hoo Boehner does nothing and neither do the other fat RINO's. 

The bottom line is, no one cares about you Christie. You can be Fat and Furious all you want. Make that blood pressure rise.... I don't care!
