On July 10, 2018, President Donald J. Trump nominated Judge Brett Kavanaugh to the United States Supreme Court to succeed the retiring Justice Anthony Kennedy. He has served as Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the D.C. circuit since May 30, 2006, after his nomination by President George W. Bush and his confirmation by the Senate.

On September 6, 2018, Senator Cory Booker, (D) New Jersey, released confidential "racial profiling" emails concerning Judge Kavanaugh. The self proclaimed Spartacus dared his colleagues to expel him for breaking the rules and releasing the confidential emails. He doesn't agree with the rule so therefore it doesn't apply to him? Booker was quite dramatic about the entire thing....but the emails had already been cleared for release so his "show" of bravery was nothing but that... a show. The alleged racial profiling concerned internal emails after the 9/11 terrorist attacks on American soil. Here are a couple of excerpts from the emails in question.

<blockquote class="tr_bq" style="background-color: white; border: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; color: #222222; font-family: Roboto, "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18px; font-stretch: inherit; font-variant-east-asian: inherit; font-variant-numeric: inherit; line-height: 28px; margin-bottom: 28px; padding: 0px; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
In a 2002 email, Kavanaugh, who was working as a lawyer in the Bush White House, said he “generally” favored race-neutral security measures, but said they need to “grapple” with the “interim question of what to do before a truly effective and comprehensive race-neutral system is developed and implemented.”
Kavanaugh wrote that the “interim question” is of “critical importance to the security of the airlines and American people in the next 6 months or so, especially given Al Qaeda’s track record of timing between terrorist incidents.”

It's clear that Judge Kavanaugh is against racial profiling but has questions about what to do concerning radical Islamic groups who wish us harm. Sorry Booker. Guess your Spartacus moment was more like a Spartassacus moment instead.

On September 14, 2018, a report by Ronan Farrow and Jane Mayer reveals that a complaint was filed by a woman accusing Judge Kavanaugh os sexual misconduct that allegedly took place more than 30 years ago. The woman claimed that in the 1980's, when she and Judge Kavanaugh were in high school, that he and a friend of his held her down and attempted to force himself on her at a party. She was able to escape but claimed that the encounter left her psychologically distraught and that she has had to seek psychiatric care over the ordeal. The friend of Judge Kavanaugh has denied these allegations as has the Judge himself.

A letter detailing the incident was given to Anna Eshoo (D) Congresswoman for California's 18th district and also to Senator Dianne Feinstein (D) California, who is the ranking minority member of the Senate Judiciary Committee. Feinstein kept the letter to herself and did not share it with other members of the committee. In fact, she outright denied requests from other Democrats on the Judiciary Committee to share the woman's letter and other relevant communication.

On September 16, 2018, Kavanaugh's accuser is identified as California Professor Christine Blasey Ford. In the initial correspondence between Blasey-Ford and Eshoo and Feinstein, Blasey-Ford demanded that her identity remain confidential. Feinstein forwarded the letter with her Blasey-Ford's name redacted to the FBI for investigation into the matter. Blasey-Ford's name was eventually known when she spoke out.

But who is Dr. Christine Blasey Ford? The trail into her background is interesting to say the least.

Christine Blasey was born to Ralph G. Blasey, Jr. But who is he?

Currently Ralph Blasey serves as Vice President of Business Development of Red Coats, Inc., a private company that specializes in commercial office cleaning, uniformed guard services (Admiral Security Services) and access control systems. Those in the D.C area are very familiar with his security services company, Admiral, because their uniformed officers are in the lobbies of virtually every single building in the metropolitan area.

Mr. Blasey was once the Vice President of National Savings and Trust of Washington, D.C., which is directly across the street from the treasury department. As VP of National Savings and Trust from 1962-1974, Mr. Blasey reported directly to Nicholas Deak. Who is he? Mr. Deak was the chairman of the Deak-Perera group and a secret service operative. He served in both the OSS during WW II and in its successor, the CIA during the Cold War. Mr. Deak was primarily a banker...more specifically...he was the CIA's paymaster. He was assassinated in 1985 by a mentally unstable and homeless woman named Lois Lang. Lang lived in California and had no prior knowledge of Deak, yet she traveled all the way from California to New York to kill him.

Lang was a women's tennis coach and fencing instructor at the University of California-Santa Barbara.

In 1970, the university declined to renew her coaching contract. Lang and her husband soon divorced. Her life quickly became a blur. Lang complained of “amnesia” and said that her ex-husband’s business partner moved her into an apartment in Mountain View, Calif., where she lived on “grants” and “took flying lessons” […] She told psychiatrists in 1985 that this business partner, or his “fakes,” took her to Deak’s offices at 29 Broadway in 1971. She said that “friends” taught her marksmanship at firing ranges.

After the assination, Lang was put under the care of Dr. Frederick Melges of the Stanford Research Institute which received CIA funding. Dr. Melges published works about using drugs and hypnosis to create "disassociative states" which is nothing more than induced schizophrenia.

A few years after Lang was placed under Melges' care, the New York Times exposed the Stanford Research Institute as a center for CIA research into 'brain-washing' and "mind-control" experiments. This was known as MK-ULTRA. Many subjects were unknowingly dosed with hallucinogenic drugs and subjected to hypnosis.

Ralph Blasey took Nicholas Deak's position of VP of National Savings and Trust of Washington, D.C. upon his death.

So what does Stanford, the CIA and MK-ULTRA have to do with Christine Blasey Ford? She oversees the Stanford CIA undergraduate Internship program. So Ralph Blasey's predecessor, Nicholas Deak, who was the CIA's paymaster, was assassinated by Lois Lang, who was brainwashed by Dr. Frederick Melges, who founded the CIA project MK-ULTRA at Stanford University, in which Blasey's daughter, Christine, now oversees.

Let's look at some of Dr. Blasey-Ford's publications:

This gives a lot of insight as to what type of psychologist she is. She understands perfectly well how to portray a person that has been through a traumatic event. During her testimony, she spoke with a quivering voice but yet had no tears and needed no tissues. And then when she wasn't testifying, she was laughing and joking with her attorney.

Let's look at Blasey-Ford's brother, Ralph Blasey, III. He used to work for the D.C. based law-firm of Baker Hostetler. This is the same firm that paid Fusion GPS $523,651 between March 7, 2016 and October 31, 2016.

What is so interesting about Fusion GPS?

If you recall, Fusion GPS was at the center of attention not long ago concerning the election of Donald Trump and the alleged Russia interference. They were behind the now infamous dossier that contained numerous unverifiable allegations of Trump's collusion with Russia.

According to its website, Fusion GPS "provides premium research, strategic intelligence, and due diligence services to corporations, law firms and investors worldwide."

Fusion GPS was started in 2009 by former Wall Street Journal reporters Peter Fritsch and Glenn Simpson.

After Donald Trump became the Republican nominee, Hillary Clinton and the Democratic National Committee retained Fusion GPS through attorney Marc Elias and his firm, Perkins Coie.

The Clinton campaign and the DNC paid Perkins Coie more than 9 million dollars. How much of that went towards the dossier? That's anybody's guess. But the Clinton campaign funded the project until October 2016...right before the election.

George Soros also admitted to funding Fusion GPS. Now it makes more sense, doesn't it? All things wrong eventually lead back to this uber wealthy Kenite.

Debra Katz, the attorney for Christine Blasey Ford, is an influential Democratic donor and also the Vice CHair of the Project on Government Oversight...a non-profit organization that is funded by Soros' Open Society Foundation.

I wrote an article about Fusion Centers in February of 2014. You can find it here

All in all, the entire debacle is nothing more than another pathetic attempt by the left to derail a good, Christian Conservative man from becoming a Supreme Court Justice. They do not care who they hurt, what lies they tell, or even who has to die in order to retain the power they crave. It's a long black train carrying putrid offenses that is being driven by Satan himself. And the Democrats are all on board.

More and more it is becoming evident that John McCain is not the "hero" he likes to portray himself to be. He has been riding the coattails of his heroism for years. It has worked too as is evidenced by his being re-elected as an Arizona Senator for the past 31 years. That's a long time for someone to serve. But what exactly has McCain done during his tenure? We will get in to that and a lot more but first, Let's take a stroll down memory lane and delve a little deeper into ol' Johhny boy.

John McCain was born on August 29, 1936, at Coco Solo Naval Air Station in the Panama Canal Zone. In 1951, the McCains moved to Northern Virginia and he attended Episcopal High School, which was a private preparatory boarding school in Alexandria. He graduated in 1954. From there, McCain entered the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis. While there, he came into conflict with higher ranking personnel and did not always obey the rules which contributed to a low class rank. He was ranked 894 of 899. Seems John McCain has always been a "maverick", which is a so called attribute that he gave himself during his 2008 failed Presidency run against Barack Obama. Maverick is just another word for someone who isn't a team player. Someone who serves their own interests above those of others. But I digress.

McCain became a commissioned ensign and started two and a half years of training at Pensacola to become a naval aviator. While he was there, McCain earned a reputation as a partying man. He completed flight school in 1960 and became a naval pilot of ground-attack aircraft. He was assigned to A-1 Skyraider squadrons aboard the aircraft carriers USS Intrepid and USS Enterprise. McCain began as a sub-par pilot who was more than a few times careless and reckless. During the early to mid-1960's, the planes he was flying crashed twice and once collided with power lines. Even though his flying skills improved over time, he was still known as a pilot who tended to push the envelope in his flying.

On July 3, 1965, John McCain married Carol Shepp. She was a model who was originally from Philadephia. MCCain adopted her two young children and then later had a daughter of their own. McCain requested a combat mission and assigned to the aircraft carrier USS Forrestal flying A-4 Skyhawks. This was mid-1967 when the Forrestal was assigned to a bombing campaign, Operation Rolling Thunder, during the Vietnam War. On July 29, 1967, McCain, who was now a Lieutenant Commander, was at the epicenter of the USS Forrestal fire. He escaped his burning jet and was attempting to help another pilot to escape whan a bomb exploded, striking him in the legs and chest with fragments. The fire killed 134 sailors and took 24 hours to control. An electrical anomaly caused a Zuni rocket to discharge on the flight deck which then triggered a chain reaction of explosions.

With the Forrestal out of commission, McCain volunteered for assignment with the USS Oriskany, another aircraft carrier engaged in Operation Rolling Thunder. He was awarded the Navy Commendation Medal and the Bronze Star for missions flown over North Vietnam.

On October 26, 1967, McCain was flying his 23rd bombing mission over North Vietnam when his A-4E Skyhawk was shot down over Hanoi. He fractured both arms and a leg ejecting from the aircraft and then nearly drowned when he parachuted into Trúc Bach Lake. Some North Vietnamese pulled him ashore and then others crushed his shoulder with a rifle butt and bayoneted him. He was then transported to Hanoi's main Hỏa Lò Prison which was nicknamed the Hanoi Hilton.

Although his wounds were bad, his captors refused to treat his injuries. He was beaten and interrogated for information. Only when the North Vietnamese discovered that his father was a high ranking Admiral did he receive medical care. His status as a POW made the front pages of major newspapers, again, only because of his fathers status. McCain spent six weeks in the hospital receiving marginal care, after which he was sent to a different camp on the outskirts of Hanoi in December of 1967. He was placed in a cell with two other Americans. In March of 1968, he was placed in solitary confinement where he remained for the next two years.

In the middle of 1968, John McCain's father, John S. McCain Jr., was named commander of all U.S. forces in the Vietnam theater. The North Vietnamese wanted to appear merciful as part of their propaganda and so they offered McCain an early release. They also wanted to show other POW's that elite prisoners were willing to be treated preferentially. McCain turned down the offer stating that he refused to leave unless every man taken in before him was released. In truth, such early releases were prohibited by the POW's interpretation of the military code of conduct. In order to prevent the enemy from using prisoners as propaganda, officers were to agree to be released in the order in which they were captured.

In August of 1968, a regiment of severe torture began on McCain. During this time, McCain attempted suicide but was stopped by guards. Eventually, McCain made the first of several anti-American propaganda confession video. He was released as a POW on March 14, 1973, having been a prisoner for five and a half years.

John McCain returned to the United States and was reunited with his family. His wife Carol had suffered an automobile accident on Christmas Eve of 1969 that left her crippled and terribly disfigured. Her pelvis and one arm were shattered by the impact and she suffered from massive internal injuries. In order to save her legs, surgeons had to cut away very large sections of shattered bone, which took away her tall, willowy frame. She was confined to a wheelchair and was forced to use a catheter. She eventually learned to walk again but had gained a lot of weight by the time McCain came home.

As a returned POW, McCain became a celebrity of sorts. There was much fanfare at his return and even a handshake from President Richard Nixon. McCain enjoyed the limelight. During 1973-1974, McCain attended the National War College at Fort McNair in Washington, D.C. By late 1974, he had his flight status reinstated and in 1976 he became the commanding officer of a training squadron in Florida.During his time in Florida, McCain had extramarital affairs which led to the breakdown of his marriage. He no longer was attracted to Carol because of her injuries. In 1980, the McCain's divorced and one month later, John married Cindy Hensley, whom he had met in April of 1979, who was 18 years his junior and the heir to an Arizona brewing fortune.

All of the above was taken from McCain's life as is listed on Wikipedia and other sites that outline his life. Now let's take a look at what really happened.

According to writings by McCain, himself, after about 3-4 days of torture by the Vietnamese, he called for an officer and stated that he would give them information. He told the officer, "O.K., I'll give you military information if you will take me to the hospital." -U.S. News and World Report, May 14, 1973 article written by former POW John McCain. So these are his own words. After this McCain was taken to Gai Lam military hospital which was normally unavailable to American POW's. This from U.S. government documents.

On November 9, 1967, according to U.S. government documents, the Hanoi press began quoting McCain who was giving specific military information. One report read, "To a question of the correspondent, McCain answered: "My assignment to the Oriskany, I told myself, was due to serious losses in pilots, which were sustained by this aircraft carrier (due to its raids on the North Vietnam territory - VNA) and which necessitated replacements. From 10 to 12 pilots were transferred like me from the Forrestal to the Oriskany. Before I was shot down, we had made several sorties. Altogether, I made about 23 flights over North Vietnam."

In that report, McCain was quoted describing the number of aircraft in his flight, information about rescue ships, and the order of which his attack was supposed to take place. All of these things place American soldier lives at risk and subsequently, American planes were shot down at a 64% increase after he told the Vietnamese these things. Through the Freedom of Information Act, the U.S. Veteran Dispatch acquired a declassified Department of Defense (DOD) transcript of an interview that prominent French television reporter, Francois Chalais, had with McCain. Following is said transcript:

U.S. News and World Report, May <span style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">14, 1973 article written by former POW John McCain.

<span style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">The two Americans that McCain was held prisoner with were Air Force Majors George "Bud" Day and Norris Overly. Overly was offered release and he accepted. Day was "relocated" to another cell and about a month later, McCain was moved into another building, the largest in the camp called "the warehouse". This is where McCain spent his two years of solitary confinement as he was considered a "special prisoner". He became the target of intense indoctrination and psychological programs the communists had perfected during the Korean War.

<span style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">

<span style="color: #222222; font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">The communists were very much aware that McCain would be under tremendous psychological pressure not to do or say anything that would tarnish his famous military family and they considered that to be the key to eventually breaking and then "turning" him. McCain's handlers kept meticulous records of his behavior, including his personal strengths, weaknesses and any special favors he had accepted while under isolation.

<span style="color: #222222; font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">

<span style="color: #222222; font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">McCain's interrogators believed that because he came from a "royal family", he would, when he was finally released, return to the United States to some important military or government job. Because he was isolated during those two years, no one except for McCain himself and his captors know exactly what he was subjected to or how he responded. Most of the information in the public record detailing his ordeal during this time comes from McCain and McCain only.

<span style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">McCain claimed (page 133 of The Nightingale's Song, by Robert Timberg) that he was first offered early release in late June of 1968. He said that after months of interrogation he was "summoned" to a room that had soft chairs, a glass table, cookies with a pot of tea, and cigarettes. He said "Major Bai, known to the prisoners as the Cat," was waiting for him. He said a second Vietnamese known as the Rabbit, stood by to serve as translator."

<span style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">

<span style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">McCain said that he helped himself to the cookies, tea and cigarettes as the Cat began speaking through the translator. He said they talked about "his father, other members of his family, the war." McCain said that after about two hours of talking, the Cat asked him if he wanted to be released. The Cat, according to McCain, told him to go back to his cell and think about it. --The Nightingale's Song.

<span style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">According to McCain, the Cat sent for him three nights later and again asked him if he wanted to go home. McCain said he answered no. A week later, he was taken to a room in which the camp commander, who the prisoners had nicknamed Slopehead, was waiting. McCain said ten guards and interrogator, nicknamed The Prick, was also in the room. He said the guards charged into him, beating and kicking him until he "lay on the floor, bloody, arms and legs throbiing, ribs cracked, several teeth broken off at the gumline." According to McCain, the Vietnamese wanted him to admit to being a "black criminal." -- The Nightingale's Song.

A declassified DOD document reports an interview between POW McCain and Dr. Fernando Barral, a Spanish psychiatrist who was living in Cuba at the time. The interview was published in the Havana Granma in January of 1970. According to the report, the meeting between McCain and Barral, which was photographed by the Vietnamese, took place away from the prison at the office of the Committee for Cultural Relations in Hanoi. During this meeting, McCain sipped coffee and ate oranges and cakes with his interrogator. While talking with Barral, McCain seriously violated the military Code of Conduct by failing to evade answering questions "to the utmost" of his ability when he, according to the DOD report, helped Barral by answering questions in Spanish. He didn't have to let them know he understood and spoke another language.

In 1993, during one of his many trips back to Hanoi, McCain asked the Vietnamese not to make public the records they hold pertaining to returned U.S. POW's.

But what about all his medals? He has a Silver Star, a Distinguished Flying Cross. three Bronze Stars, two Commendation medals, and two Purple Hearts and a dozen service gongs. He has more medals than Audie Murphy, who performed extraordinary deeds while in service to his country. McCain's valor awards are based solely on what happened in 1967, when he was shot down and taken prisoner. David M. Hackworth, who was a highly decorated and very unconventional former career Army Officer, asked McCain's Senate office three times to provide copies of the narratives for each of his medals. They never responded. Next, he went to the Pentagon and within a week, he received a recap of McCain's medals and many of the narratives that give the details of what he did to "earn" each one.

None of the awards, except for the Distinguished Flying Cross, were for heroism over the battlefield where he spent no more than 20 hours. Two Naval Officers described the awards as "boilerplate" and "part of an SOP medal package given to repatriated Vietnam era POW's."

McCain's Silver Star narrative for the October 27, 1967, the day after he was shot down to December 8, 1968 reads:

<span style="color: black; font-family: "verdana" , "arial" , sans-serif; font-size: x-small;">"His captors subjected him to extreme mental and physical cruelties in an attempt to obtain military information and false confessions for propaganda purposes. Through his resistance to those brutalities, he contributed significantly towards the eventual abandonment" of such harsh treatment by the North Vietnamese.

But in McCain's own words he admitted that just four days after being captured, he violated the U.S. Code of Conduct by telling his captors "O.K., I'll give you military information if you will take me to the hospital."

<span style="color: #222222; font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">The rest of his valor awards, which were issued automatically every year while he was a POW, read much like the Silver Star. More boilerplate that often repeat the same words. But McCain's conduct while a POW negates those glowing comments. The fact is, McCain signed a confession and declared himself a "black criminal who performed deeds of an air pirate." This statement and other interviews he gave to the Communist press were used as propaganda to fan the flames of the anti-war movement.

<span style="color: #222222; font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">McCain's accounts of torture and beatings were never witnessed by a single other POW. The U.S. Navy says that two eyewitnesses are required for any award of heroism, but for McCain's valor awards, there are no witnesses except for McCain himself and his captors.

<span style="color: #222222; font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">As for McCain refusing an early release, three different POW's have said that he was ordered to turn it down by his U.S. POW commander. And I have yet to find accounts of other POW's that were given cakes, fruit, tea and cigarettes. That doesn't sound like torture to me but more like a man who has become comfortable with the enemy.

<span style="color: #222222; font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Upon McCain's return from Vietnam, his records as a POW were immediately marked classified. His commanding officer while he was a POW, Colonel Ted Guy, submitted a series of charges to military prosecutors that cited McCain with treason among other things. McCain, along with 33 other POW's, faced court martial with McCain by far being the one accused of the most serious of crimes. But it was also McCain, who was the son and grandson of distinguished Navy Admirals, that had to be protected at all costs for the sake of his family's distinguished reputation. Because of this, the worst traitor in American history became known as a war hero and was elected to the Senate. President Richard Nixon issued a blanket pardon For McCain and the other 33 POW's.

<span style="color: #222222; font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Sgt. Major John Holland, Army Colonel Earl Hopper and the CIA's Ted Sampley, who are all dead now, had cited McCain for crimes as serious as planning air defenses for the Hanoi government to aid them in downing American pilots. Hopper credits McCain with helping to shoot down 60 American aircraft. Many others who actually served with McCain claim it was he who nearly sunk the nuclear super-carrier USS Forrestal. Nearly 300 servicemen were killed and wounded from that incident. I have no definitive proof of these claims.

<span style="color: #222222; font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">When it was known that American POW's were still being held in Southeast Asia, this after McCain became a Senator, he worked to block repatriation through evidence of surviving POW's. It was then that McCain began to be referred to bu those in the military, intelligence and veteran's community, as the "Manchurian Candidate". Many wonder why Russia has not opened their files on McCain. Files that include recordings of the 32 propaganda broadcasts he made while he was a POW.

<span style="color: #222222; font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">All in all, I will say with full confidence that McCain is no war hero. I believe he was doing what was expected of him by his family when he joined the navy. He has never been a team player and he never will be. His life has not been one of distinguished service but rather one of putting himself and his selfish needs first. Everything about his story is questionable. Perhaps one day, it will all come to light.
<span style="color: #222222; font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">

<span style="color: #222222; font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Here is a documentary that outlines more of McCain's treasonous acts:
<span style="color: #222222; font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">http://www.mccainbetrayspows.org/

<div style="background-color: white; color: #3c3d3d; font-family: Arial, "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="color: #4e4e4e; font-family: Roboto, "Helvetica Neue", Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; text-align: left;">The documentary alleges McCain manipulated the legislative process, mandating his POW records be sealed forever to conceal his actual behavior in captivity from the legend that has evolved. It also suggests that this same motivation explains McCain's history of opposing and shutting down all Congressional POW inquiries.

It really has been a while since I have visited my old stomping ground here...Life has a way of turning your whole world upside down sometimes. It certainly has been a whirlwind of a year though. I have sat down so many times, looking at a blank screen here trying to find something...anything to write about. It's not like there hasn't been plenty of stories and scandals by Obama and Hillary. The problem has been choosing one and being able to research a viable, credible story before the next thing broke. That is where the trouble came in. The scandals just started coming too fast and by the time I would have a cohesive story put together in my head, something else had already taken its place.

Everything has started moving at a feverish pace. But I wanted to come back here...come back to my home in a sense...and begin again. I miss sitting down with my coffee and just letting the words flow and even the arguments that would sometimes ensue. I miss my friends...Neal from Golden Geese News and Mr. Garibaldi from the Kona Times. Anonymous C.J. who always had a comment for me. So I am trying to come back. I am working on a story in my head right now...Maybe I can make it work. If my old friends stop by and see this, be sure and say hi...I've missed you. My hope is that by coming back here, to the place where I could always empty my thoughts for whomsoever would read, that maybe the other thoughts that I tell no one will somehow begin to make sense to me and I can sort the tangles out. And tangled it is...but life is beautiful in all its chaos. You just have to look in the right places.

Let me know you were here....I will return and before you know it...it will be like I was never gone from this place....

All three are charged with the murder of 49-year-old health-care worker Freddy Akoa.

Police have provided almost no information on the killing, not the cause of death, not the type of weapon used, nor any possible motive for the killing. They even refused to release prison mugshots of the suspects. The Associated Press and local TV stations failed to identify the three suspects by their country of origin or race.

Watch the local TV report on the murder below:

Akoa was found dead in his apartment at 457 Cumberland Avenue on Tuesday and it was revealed at a court hearing Friday that he had been dead since Sunday. He lived alone and, according to his LinkedIn page, worked as a hospital and health-care professional in the Portland area.

Police said all three suspects were arrested on unrelated charges and placed in custody Wednesday and Thursday when they were charged with Akoa's murder.

Osman Sheikh Said, 31, a Somali-American living in Maine, is one of three suspects charged with the murder of 49-year-old Freddy Akoa.

WND found a mugshot of a man named Osman Sheikh at an online police mugshot site that matches the age and place of residence of the Osman Sheikh who was arrested.

Akoa was found dead about 12:15 p.m. Tuesday by an apartment manager after his mother called police and requested a check on his well being.

The killing "wasn't random in nature," said Police Chief Michael Sauschuck, indicating the alleged killers knew their victim.

The U.S. State Department, in cooperation with the United Nations high commissioner for refugees, has sent 1,379 Somali refugees to Maine since 2002, with 1,010 of them going to Portland, according to the State Department's refugee database. Records prior to 2002 are not kept online, but the U.N. has been sending Somali refugees to the United States since the early 1990s with the full support of the U.S. Congress, despite the fact that hundreds of them have turned out to be jihadists or criminals.

Mohamed Mohamud, one of three suspects charged in the killing of Freddy Akoa in Portland, Maine. Credit/Portland Press Herald

Of all the countries participating in the U.S. refugee resettlement program, Somalia has the worst record. Countless Somalis resettled in America have been investigated, arrested and convicted of violent crimes and terrorism-related charges. More than 50 have left the U.S. to join the ranks of ISIS, al-Shabab and al-Qaida, the FBI has confirmed.

Yet, the Obama administration, with the full support of Congress, continues to infuse American cities with a steady stream of Sunni Muslim "refugees" from Somalia. They arrive in the U.S. at a rate of 7,000 to 10,000 per year, or about 600 to 800 a month, according to records obtained by WND through a search of State Department databases. They get resettled in more than 190 cities and towns, with many sent to the greater Minneapolis-St. Paul area of Minnesota; Columbus, Ohio; Portland, Maine; San Diego, California; Fargo, South Dakota; Wichita, Kansas, Boise and Twin Falls, Idaho; Amarillo, Texas; and Seattle, Washington; among other cities.

WND has reported on numerous other criminal and terrorist elements who entered the country legally through the refugee resettlement program, including one case where a refugee from the west African country of Togo was in the country only nine days before raping a woman in Virginia.

Congressman calls for 'pause' in refugee program

Rep. Brian Babin, R-Texas, recently introduced H.R. 3314, the Resettlement Accountability National Security Act, which would press the pause button on a program that grants permanent legal residency to nearly 70,000 new refugee immigrants a year. The refugees qualify for a smorgasbord of welfare benefits on day one upon arrival, including food stamps, subsidized housing, public education, Medicaid and WIC (federal aid for women, infants and children).

Babin's bill would temporarily suspend the program until the Government Accountability Office completes a thorough examination of its costs on local governments, states and American taxpayers, as well as the risks to national security.

"The Refugee Resettlement Program has been running on autopilot for far too long with little regard to economic, social and national security implications," Babin wrote in a recent op-ed. "We need to step back and examine all aspects of this program. Such as, why is the U.N., whose policies often run counter to the best interests of the U.S., even in the equation?"

Babin introduced his bill July 29 and is still looking for his first co-sponsor.

The Portland Press Herald reported that Akoa, the murder victim, had a clean record with no arrests, but at least two of his alleged killers have extensive criminal rap sheets.

Sheikh has 33 criminal convictions, mostly public order crimes such as criminal trespass, disorderly conduct and drinking in public, according to the State Bureau of Identification. Teshome's criminal record includes convictions for drinking in public and theft.

Akoa lived alone on the third floor of the Cumberland Avenue apartment building. He is divorced and has three children, according to the Press Herald article.

Alice Page, a resident of the complex, said the apartments are not as safe as they were when she first moved in six years ago. She told local TV station WMTW 8 that she used to be able to do her laundry at any time of the day or night, but "now, you do it during the day or you don't do it at all."

Authorities tight-lipped, keep case files sealed

An autopsy was performed on Akoa's body, but police declined to release the results, the Bangor Daily News reported.

Police announced Wednesday they were investigating the death as a homicide but refused to say how the killing was carried out. When the final arrest was made Thursday, they remained mum, and the secrecy then spilled over into Friday's court hearing.

Assistant Attorney General John Alsop, who is prosecuting the cases, asked the judge at the start of Friday's first-appearance hearings to seal the case files against each of the three men from public view for one week as investigators continue to compile evidence in the murder investigation, the Press Herald reported.

Warren granted Alsop's motion with the condition that if the prosecution doesn’t file an extension within a week, the cases against the men will become public, including the detailed affidavits police filed to obtain arrest warrants against each man, the Press Herald reported.

Victim was 'kind and loving person'

Akoa's brother, Benoit Akoa, released an emailed statement on behalf of the victim's family.

"Freddy was a very kind and loving person. Freddy did not deserve to be the victim of such acts of violence, no one deserves that. We, his brothers sisters and parents will miss him dearly. This was a senseless and violent crime and we trust in the system, that justice will prevail," Benoit Akoa said in the email.

Judge seals file in Somali-Muslim suspect's murder trial
Leo Hohmann
Sat, 15 Aug 2015 00:31:56 GMT
TCWhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00307110073160402768noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4831143917465517699.post-39496633215660198492015-06-24T21:05:00.001-05:002015-06-24T21:05:16.739-05:00Top Dem: Monitor U.S. citizens, not Muslim 'refugees'

U.S. Rep. Bennie Thompson, D-Miss.

The top Democrat on the House Homeland Security Committee has a history of making controversial statements.

He did it again Wednesday.

U.S. Rep. Bennie Thompson, D-Miss., led off a hearing on the security risks of Syrian refugees by saying the committee would be better served if it looked within at U.S.-born citizens for potential terrorists.

Thompson said the mass shooting at a black church in Charleston, South Carolina, last week illustrated America’s more pressing problems with “violent extremism.” He suggested that the threats posed by “domestic terrorism” were more acute than those posed by Muslim refugees being sent to the U.S. from Syria.

“Time and time again, I have urged this committee not to have a narrow view of violent extremism, which ignores violent extremist activity of domestic groups,” Thompson said.

“Regrettably, last week’s attacks at the Emanuel AME Church in Charleston brought this issue into stark focus,” he continued. “Congress, the president, and the Department of Homeland Security need to come together with state and local governments to honestly acknowledge that domestic terrorism is a threat to the safety and security of the American homeland, including the refugees who resettle within our borders. We must move beyond the perceived fears of the unknown and focus on credible threat information and allow the security vetting systems we have in place (for refugees) to work.”

After Wednesday’s hearing on the security risks posed by Syrian refugees, Thompson sent a letter to Homeland Security Committee Chair Rep. Michael McCaul, R-Texas, asking that he convene hearings on domestic terrorism in the United States.

Thompson criticized his colleagues on the committee who seemed more concerned about terrorists slipping into the ranks of Islamic refugees from war-torn Syria.

He urged them to focus more attention on Americans as the primary threat of launching terrorist attacks. The 70,000 United Nations-certified refugees coming to the U.S. each year should be welcomed, he said. He added that it was mostly U.S. citizens who were leaving the country to fight for ISIL, also called ISIS or the Islamic State. Syrians, he said, were fleeing ISIS and needed a safe haven in America.

“They are the most vulnerable to the violence and know first-hand the cruelty of ISIL and other groups that have brought harm upon their communities,” Thompson said. “These refugees, like most others that arrive in the U.S., are fleeing difficult, even life-threatening, situations. The idea that they would be met with suspicion and hate upon arrival in the United States is an affront to the values we uphold and promote.”

“In fact,” Thompson added, “the leading demographic of those seeking or joining ISIL in the U.S are U.S.-born citizens, including citizens with no ancestry from majority-Muslim countries.”

Congressman’s past rants stirred controversy

Thompson made news last year when he appeared on a New Nation of Islam radio show and said Clarence Thomas is an “Uncle Tom,” Mitch McConnell is a “racist,” and Republicans are only anti-big government and anti-Obamacare because President Obama is black.

In 2011, after a congressional hearing on Islamic radicalization, Thompson said the hearing could be used to inspire a new generation of suicide bombers, the Associated Press reported. He said Congress has a responsibility to make sure its words do not make the problems of Islamic terrorism worse.

Read Rep. Thompson’s entire statement before the House Homeland Security Committee Wednesday.

Thompson’s latest comments echoed the sentiments of Democrats in the Senate who have called for a more laissez-faire policy on refugees.

Last month 14 U.S. senators, all Democrats led by Richard Durbin of Illinois, Diane Feinstein of California and Al Franken of Minnesota, sent a letter to President Obama urging him to “dramatically increase” the number of Syrian refugees coming into the U.S. citing the brutal conditions from which they are fleeing and America’s proud tradition of offering itself as a beacon for the world’s poor and oppressed.

The same type of language was used last summer when tens of thousands of unaccompanied alien children, along with many families, surged at the U.S. southern border from Central America.

Children of immigrants at risk of radicalization

Security experts testified Wednesday that the children of Islamic refugees and immigrants tend to have a worse record for being radicalized than the refugees themselves. Such was the case with Hoda Muthana, the 20-year-old daughter of immigrants from Yemen who decided to leave the country late last year, to the surprise of her parents, and become an ISIS bride. Her parents emigrated from Yemen more than 20 years ago and lived peacefully in an upscale subdivision near Birmingham, Alabama. She became radicalized over the Internet, left for Syria via Turkey, and publicly renounced her parents on Twitter.

The Republicans on the committee took issue with Thompson’s open-doors approach to refugees, as did the expert witnesses called to testify before the committee.

“Refugees will continue to play a pivotal role in expanding the rich cultural diversity of America, but the risks may be higher due to the high number of fighters and more operatives heading to the West, and the potential for ISIS to use them to gain refugee status,” said Seth Jones, director of the International Security and Defense Policy Center at the Rand Corp. “I do think it’s worse in terms of data management for refugees, rescreening procedures, DNA checks and a few other issues. The U.S. does have a longstanding tradition of offering refuge to people fleeing persecution, but an integral factor is that we have a responsibility to assure they do not present a risk to the West. I think we’re after a balance here.”

The Charlie Hebdo attack in Paris, the attacks in Garland, Texas, Brussels, Belgium, Ottawa, Canada, at the Boston Marathon, and the 9/11 attacks were all cited by Jones as being committed by Islamic terrorists, as were the recent slaughter of 147 Christians in Kenya and 21 Coptic Christians in Libya. Many foiled operations have been connected to Middle Eastern or African terror groups, such as the arrests in April of four young Somali men from Minnesota who tried repeatedly to leave the country and join ISIS.

The U.S. has imported more than 100,000 Somalis as refugees since the early 1990s. Since 2005 dozens of the Somali refugees brought to the U.S. and children of the refugees have been arrested on charges of providing material support to overseas terrorist organizations.

No records to vet

Syria, like Somalia, has become a failed state where chaos reigns. The U.S. has no access to reliable data on the backgrounds of potential refugees, FBI counter-terrorism experts warned at a previous congressional hearing in February.

“Our human sources (in Syria) are minimal and we don’t have a government we can partner with (to vet the refugees) and that’s the key thing,” said Tom Fuentes, former FBI assistant director, at the June 24 hearing. “If these individuals were not on a database, that’s why they’re refugees. The children become a problem as well, as we saw in the Somali case, as in the Tsarnaev (Boston bombing) case, children grew up and became radicalized even as their parents were unaware. I know the FBI does not have the ability to really do an adequate vetting on this.”

Get the blockbuster “Stop the Islamization of America: A Practical Guide to the Resistance,” by Pamela Geller, now in the WND Superstore.

Help refugees ‘where they are’

Rep. John Katko, R-N.Y.

Rep. John Katko, R-N.Y., asked the panel of experts to put aside for a moment any moral obligations the U.S. may have to take in foreign refugees fleeing violence. Strictly from a security standpoint, Katko asked “does anyone believe we should let the refugees in if we can’t vet them?”

No one on the panel – Fuentes, Jones, and Daveed Gartenstein, a senior fellow at Foundation for the Defense of Democracies – said that would be a good idea.

“We do have a moral imperative to help the refugees but we also have a moral imperative to protect U.S. citizens, and therein lies the rub,” Katko said. “So my next question is, can we help them somehow without bringing them here?”

Gartenstein said “actually addressing the situation over there is arguably getting more bank for our buck.”

There are nearly 4 million Syrian refugees displaced by the civil war. The U.S. is being asked to take in 65,000 over two years.

“So that is a drop in the bucket,” Gartenstein said. “Jobs here are scarce, they miss a year or more of schooling (as they learn language).”

He said more could be done to help the refugees where they are, particularly in Jordan because most of the refugees there are not in camps.

“Anything you can do over there is advantageous and may actually be, from a humanitarian perspective, the best use of our money,” Gartenstein said.

Fuentes agreed. “If you made the camps more livable, the length of time you would be doing those services would also provide an incentive against them becoming terrorists, if we did more for the refugees before they come here, they may be more loyal to the U.S.”

Jones said a long-term strategy for Syria is lacking and resettling a small percentage of the refugees falls far short of the humanitarian mark.

“We need to be finding, in addition to taking refugees, ways to wind down the war. Whatever administration comes next, as well as this one, I would encourage them to get a long-term strategy,” Jones said. “I would also note that this issue of vetting is significant in Yemen, Somalia, Iraq, Afghanistan and other places, not just Syria.”

Katko said the U.S. can’t have “people coming into this country who we’re not able to vet. And if there’s something we can do over there to help them maybe that’s the way forward and I hope we will look at that in the future.”

Rep. Peter King, R-N.Y.

Rep. Peter King, R-N.Y., said there were “no easy answers” to the Syrian refugee situation.

“You can try to minimize the risks but there are still going to be considerable risks there.”

Yet, King said, he felt something needed to be done to relieve the refugee pressure building in Jordan, one of the America’s best allies in the region.

“I think we’ve raised issues today that there are no clear answers to. But it is in our national interests that something be done to alleviate pressure on Jordan. Now we have to find ways to do it,” he said, and that involves finding better ways of vetting the refugees.

King asked the panelists if the refugees could be “tailed” by the FBI once they arrive in the U.S. “Would that violate FBI procedures and are there resources for that?”

Fuentes said no such policy exists at the FBI. “There has to be some sort of criminal activity,” before that type of monitoring can be activated. “Right now they have active investigations in every single state,” he added. “You could be looking at tens of thousands of potential subjects that there’s a reason to follow them, so you have to prioritize, and so the practicality of that in a refugee vetting process I think just doesn’t exist.”

Rep. Louis Barletta, R-Pa., asked, “Does the U.S. accept risk by accepting refugees from a country that admittedly is an enemy?”

Fuentes said al-Qaida had a different strategy than ISIS. “They wanted the giant attack, but other groups like Hezbollah believe in a different philosophy, death by a thousand cuts, so they were willing to kill four or five at a time in Israel, but they were happy with that because they were able to kill four or five as they were doing everything things. So the average citizen hears about the attack on a bus stop or a café and says ‘wait a minute, I go to a café, I ride a bus.’ It generates fear. You can’t carry out a large one by courier or by remote control. Syrians are not going to be able to come in and launch a major attack but can they come in and do death by a smaller cut? I think we are much more likely to see that type of attack.”

The U.S. traditionally accepts the vast majority of the world’s displaced persons for permanent resettlement. But in the case of Syria, the U.S. has been slow to jump on board with the United Nations plan for resettlement. Of the more than 130,000 Syrians the U.N. wants to permanently resettle in outside countries, Germany has agreed to take the most at 30,000 followed by Canada with 11,000. The U.N. wants the U.S. to take 65,000 over the next two years but so far the U.S. State Department hasn’t committed to any specific number, saying only that it would take 2,000 this year and “many more” in following years.

The biggest question has been how to screen the Syrians for ties to the many terrorist organizations operating in Syria, Iraq and Lebanon. There is not only ISIS but al-Nusra Front, Free Syrian Army, and Hezbollah.

Gartenstein said the U.S. system of vetting is “antiquated.”

“The risk is greater with al-Nusra than ISIS because it’s not as overtly brutal. They’re brutal but they’re not tweeting out pictures of their beheadings and people they’ve burned alive. I would also point out that our vetting system is very antiquated,” he said. “One of the things that’s disturbing about our asylum process is it’s really difficult to tell if someone is lying. Someone can say ‘My family was massacred by al-Shabab.’ Well did that really happen? Does it actually match what was actually going on there on the ground at that particular time at a granular level? We need to use data that way. That’s something we should think about for the future because this will not be the last refugee crisis that we face and getting that on-the-ground level data will actually make us safer as a country.”

Watch Homeland Security Chair Rep. Michael McCaul’s response to the planned importation of 2,000 Syrians into U.S. cities and towns over the next year:

McCaul, chairman of the Homeland Security Committee, said the U.S. “must not be naïve” when it comes to Syrian refugees. He said Congress may be forced to “consider additional steps” if the Obama administration doesn’t address the problem of vetting.

McCaul’s entire statement is transcribed below:

“We’ve been sounding the alarm for months on this issue and for good reason. America has a proud tradition of welcoming refugees and immigrants but we need to make sure the extremists don’t exploit this pathway to our country, especially from terrorist safe havens. Last year the administration announced plans to surge the admission of Syrian refugees into the United States, including plans to resettle 2,000 of them this year and thousands more next year. This is concerning for two reasons. First, terrorists have made it known they want to manipulate refugee programs to sneak operatives into the West. Second, top national security officials have admitted that intelligence gaps in Syria will make it hard to weed them out of refugee pools. Testifying before our committee in February, the director of the National Counter Terrorism Center called these refuges a ‘population of concern’ given the expansive presence of ISIS and al-Qaida in Syria. Testifying at the same hearing, the FBI’s assistant director, Michael Steinbach from counter-terrorism, argued that identifying potential operatives will be difficult because ‘our databases won’t have the information we need.’ Simply put, We cannot screen applicants confidently if we don’t have good intelligence on the ground. We can’t vet them properly if we don’t have the proper databases. In light of these concerns I sent a series of letters to the administration this year, highlighting the risk of accelerating Syrian refugee admissions and requesting greater assurances regarding the screening process. The responses were inadequate and the administration was vague in explaining how the screening process would overcome the intelligence gaps. I just wrote the president two weeks ago, again asking for answers in a classified briefing for members of this committee. We are still waiting for a serious response. I do not take this issue lightly. Terrorists are constantly probing our defenses and would not hesitate to exploit a program meant to save innocent people fleeing from violence for the purpose of attacking our homeland.

I remind you that members of al-Qaida in Iraq, the predecessor to ISIS, have already managed to sneak into our country through refugee resettlement programs. Two of these terrorists arrested in 2009 were responsible for killing four Pennsylvania National Guard soldiers in Iraq and yet they gained entry and were resettled in Bowling Green, Kentucky. And that was when we had far better intelligence on the ground in Iraq to vet refugees whereas in Syria we are dark. The situation today in Syria is even more chaotic, making it difficult to get the biometric, biographic and other information needed to ensure individuals being admitted into our country do not intend to do our people harm.

Since its founding America has welcomed refugees from conflict zones in the darkest corners of the globe. We will not abandon that tradition. It embodies the compassion of our people and represents our deepest values. But we must also not abandon our vigilance and we cannot be naïve. In Syrian we are witnessing largest convergence of Islamist terrorists in world history, and some of these fanatics want to turn our refugee programs into a Trojan horse to carry out attacks here at home. We cannot allow that to happen. And I hope the White House will do more to convince Congress and the American people that it is moving forward cautiously, appropriately, but most importantly with the security of the American people as the priority. If it does not we may need to consider taking additional steps here on Capitol Hill.

Top Dem: Monitor U.S. citizens, not Muslim 'refugees'
Leo Hohmann
Thu, 25 Jun 2015 00:32:47 GMT
TCWhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00307110073160402768noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4831143917465517699.post-86311468753885384242015-06-24T21:03:00.001-05:002015-06-24T21:03:25.240-05:00Blumenthal offered Hillary Benghazi defense from Media Matters

Long-time Clinton confidante Sidney Blumenthal sent Hillary Clinton an email containing links to blog postings he helped to generate for the progressive activist group Media Matters allegedly “refuting” right-wing “smears” about the September 11, 2012, Benghazi attacks.

Blumenthal had suggested to Clinton that the State Department circulate the Media Matters postings on Benghazi.

Blumenthal serves as an on-and-off paid consultant for Media Matters. The correspondence was part of 179 pages of newly released Blumenthal emails made public Monday by the House Select Committee on Benghazi. WND conducted a thorough review of all of the new emails.

Blumenthal’s employment at Media Matters has raised questions about the organization’s official non-profit status.

IRS rules for 501C3 nonprofits such as Media Matters specifically state:

“All section 501(c)(3) organizations are absolutely prohibited from directly or indirectly participating in, or intervening in, any political campaign on behalf of (or in opposition to) any candidate for elective public office.”

Rules further restrict such nonprofits from taking political sides, but they may spend up to 20 percent of their operating budgets on so-called lobbying efforts if the organizations follows the rules of “non partisanship,” About.com adds.

Earlier this week, Media Matters founder David Brock wrote an op-ed published on his website that his organization specifically defends Hillary Clinton.

Wrote Brock: “By refusing to release the transcript, the Republicans want to hide the true nature of the Blumenthal deposition: Their partisan attempt to both chill Blumenthal’s right to freely express his own political views and more broadly to intimidate our organizations – organizations that have led the way in exposing the fraudulence of the Benghazi investigation itself. You know that movie, ‘Zero Dark Thirty’? The woman who was the hero? Think Clare Lopez.”

<img alt="Jessica Chastain as "Maya"in "Zero Dark Thirty"" src="http://www.wnd.com/files/2015/06/zerodarkthirty-trailer-blog630-jpg_225743-300x168.jpg" width="273" height="153" />

Jessica Chastain as “Maya”in “Zero Dark Thirty”

Her insights are backed by an impressive array of credentials. In addition to spending two decades in the field as a CIA operations officer, Lopez was an instructor for military intelligence and special forces students; has been a consultant, intelligence analyst and researcher within the defense sector; and has published two books on Iran.

“We’ve really got no business getting in the middle of what is in fact an intra-Islamic sectarian struggle between Shiite jihadis who hate us and Sunni jihadis who hate us,” Lopez told WND.

But the American-Iranian cooperation in Iraq fits in perfectly with what Lopez told WND more than a year ago, that America has switched sides in the war on terror under President Obama.

An that Obama seeks to ally with Iran.

Lopez had told WND the Obama administration “consistently has engaged with this Iranian regime, pleaded with it to engage, and continue to engage, in obviously fruitless negotiations over their nuclear weapons program. The administration extended deadlines repeatedly, refused to hold Iran to account meaningfully for its terror support, including involvement in Sept. 11, lethal support to Iraqi militias in the 2000s and continuing harboring al-Qaida operations cell on its soil.”

In another interview with WND, Lopez explained what she thought was Obama’s real goal: Far from seeking the defeat of jihadism in the Mideast or globally, Obama preferred to let Sunni and Shiite jihadists each have their own spheres of influence in the Muslim world.

“The administration’s plan, I believe, is to remove American power and influence, including military forces, from Islamic lands,” Lopez asserted.

When WND remarked that was just what Osama bin Laden had demanded, Lopez pointed out that is the aim of all jihadis, “Because that is what Islam demands, that foreign forces be kicked out of Islamic lands.”

Does Obama think if we leave the Mideast the jihadis will then leave us alone?

“I don’t know,” she said. “I can just see the pattern that is enabling the rise of Islam, empowering the Muslim Brotherhood domestically and abroad, alienating and distancing ourselves from our friends and allies and debilitating the American military.”

Obama bows to Saudi King Abdullah, on April 1, 2009

Lopez doesn’t just think Obama wants to withdraw entirely from the Mideast.

She believes he wants to turn most of it over to Iran.

“I am convinced that this administration intends Iran to become the nuclear power hegemon of the entire Persian Gulf region – and that includes especially the oil-rich areas. This includes the east coast of Saudi Arabia as well as southern Iraq and Iran itself.”

And, she believes the Obama administration is, in fact, following a plan to let Iran become the dominant power in the Middle East, with the intention of turning the state that sponsors more terrorism than any other, into a security partner of the U.S.

“We pull all our forces out, which has been done, and we let them take over,” Lopez explained. “I think that’s already underway.”

“Its not in the United States’ best interests, but it is one way of getting us out of Muslim lands, which is what this administration wants done. They are trying to be even-handed between the Shiites and the Sunni, especially with the Muslim Brotherhood clamoring in their ear,” she said.

“So, what happens? Arab Spring. North Africa goes to the Sunnis: al-Qaida and the Muslim Brotherhood. They should be happy with that: They get Tunisia, Libya and Egypt. The Persian Gulf region goes to Iran.”

And Iran is permitted to be a nuclear power.

Iran’s third test of its Sajjil-2 medium range ballistic missile in Dec. 2009

“I think it already is a nuclear power,” Lopez asserted.

“I think they have functioning warheads. They obviously have functioning missiles, including ICBMs (Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles). The Pentagon has published openly its estimate by next year, 2015, Iranian ICBMs will be capable of reaching the continental U.S. from Iran. This is open, unclassified, open-source publication.”

“So, the plan of this administration is to pull out of the Middle East, allow it to revert to Islamic control, as in the caliphates of old, or imamates, in the case of the Shiites. And to allow Islam to resurge, which is exactly what’s happening.”

WND asked, Obama’s plan is to take us back 1,300 years?

“Well, not us, but to let the Middle East do that,” she clarified.

Lopez noted a distinct peculiarity to keep in mind when negotiating with Iran: “Islamic law obligates Muslims to lie to non-Muslims. Why on earth would anyone expect Iran, a jihad and Shariah state, to negotiate with Westerners in good faith?”

Lopez does see “a tremendous naiveté about what jihad and Shariah really mean” on the part of the Obama administration.

She detects “an apparent trust that if the U.S. adopts a more accommodating attitude, well, then so will the Iranians. I’m not sure how Ivy League graduates could be so ignorant of world history. I cannot imagine they’d want to inflict the legacy of Islamic jihad on anyone if they knew what it has meant historically.”

Lopez cited the reasons Obama has decided to remove U.S. power and influence from the Middle East and North Africa:

He has a worldview that sees America as influence for ill in the world; therefore, he must diminish that influence wherever and however possible.

He has a worldview that sees Islam as suppressed and oppressed by Western (colonial) powers and the U.S. as the inheritor of that oppressive role.

He has a desire to “rectify” what is viewed as “injustice” suffered by Islam at the hands of the West and has decided that best way to do that is for the U.S. to withdraw and allow and empower Islam to rise back up again to what is seen as its “rightful” place in the world.

The former CIA operative said, “as Israel fought enemies on all sides to remain free, secure and Jewish, America began to move away from Israel and toward its Muslim enemies. And, as Iran moved inexorably toward a deliverable nuclear weapons capability, America helped.”

Lopez reiterated many of those themes, and added some fresh insights, during her Capitol Hill appearance Friday on a panel of national security experts discussing the dangers of negotiating a nuclear deal with Iran.

“I don’t lose sleep because Britain has nukes or France has nukes,” Lopez told the audience.

Iran?

“That’s worrisome.”

She noted Iran is a signatory of the Cairo Declaration which was essentially a withdrawal from the U.N.’s Universal Declaration of Human Rights and a pledge of allegiance to Islamic law, which allows amputations, beheadings and crucifixions.

Lopez said 500 Iranians have been executed just this year.

“Women are second-class citizens. Edgar Hoover to FBI officials in Denver instructing them to investigate “James Edward Bowman” for his connections to other suspects.

“It is incumbent upon you to resolve the question which prompted CSC to refer instant case. It is also necessary to determine the degree of association between the applicant and any individual on whom the CSC has furnished derogatory information,” the note said.

Want to know more about Obama and just who is guiding him? It’s here, in “Leading from Behind: The Reluctant President and the Advisors who Decide for Him.”

It apparently was in connect with Bowman’s possible involvement with the “European Recovery Program and was dated 1955.

The document shows that Jarrett’s grandfather, Robert Taylor, was thought also to have been “in contact with Stern on a number of occasions.”

Bowman moved to Iran to work after his release from the Army Medical Corps in 1955.

The report explained, “According to Bowman’s government file the Association of Internes and Medical Students is an organization that ‘has long been a faithful follower of the Communist Party line’ and engages in un-American activities. Bowman was born in Washington, D.C., and had deep ties to Chicago, where he often collaborated with fellow Communists.”

“JW also obtained documents on Bowman from the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) showing that the FBI was brought in to investigate him for his membership in a group that ‘follows the communist party line.’ The Jarrett family Communist ties also include a business partnership between Jarrett’s maternal grandpa, Robert Rochon Taylor, and Stern, the Soviet agent associated with her dad.”

Then, the files reveal, Jarrett’s father-in-law, Vernon Jarrett, “was also another big-time Chicago Communist.”

The files were obtained by Judicial Watch as part of its probe “into the Jarrett family’s Communist ties,” the group reported.

“For a period of time Vernon Jarrett appeared on the FBI’s Security Index and was considered a potential Communist saboteur who was to be arrested in the event of a conflict with the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR). His FBI file reveals that he was assigned to write propaganda for a Communist Party front group in Chicago that would ‘disseminate the Communist Party line among … the middle class,’” the report said.

Judicial Watch called Valerie Jarrett, “a liberal extremist who wields tremendous power in the White House. Faithful to her roots, she still has connections to many Communist and extremist groups, including the Muslim Brotherhood. Jarrett and her family also had strong ties to Frank Marshal Davis, a big Obama mentor and Community Party member with an extensive FBI file.”

She previously has been exposed for her role in the Department of Justice gun-running scandal called “Fast and Furious,” and also when she was, according to JW, a “key player in the effort to cover up that “Attorney General Eric Holder lied to Congress about the Fast and Furious.”

Under that program, the government let guns be smuggled illegally to drug cartels in Mexico. The purported goal was to trace the guns and their use, but the government simply lost track of them.

“In 2008 JW got documents linking Valerie Jarrett, who also served as co-chairman of Obama’s presidential transition team, to a series of real estate scandals, including several housing projects operated by convicted felon and Obama fundraiser/friend Antoin ‘Tony’ Rezko,” JW reported.

WND reported two years ago that a New York Times profile of Valerie Jarrett, “glossed over her family’s radical history.”

The profile, from September 2012, received another round of media attention when BuzzFeed.com reported the White House tried to defend Jarrett behind the scenes by circulating glowing talking points about her to other administration officials who were candidates to be interviewed for the Times piece.

The resulting piece essentially ignored much of her family’s history.

For example, regarding Jarrett’s mother, the Times said only that “her mother had a Chicago street named after her for her work in early childhood education.”

But WND was first to report, Jarrett’s mother, Barbara Taylor Bowman, founded an education initiative alongside the family of unrepentant terrorist Bill Ayers’ that was funded by Ayers, Obama and ultimately the 2009 “stimulus” legislation.

The Chicago school, the Erikson Institute, focuses on training people who work in early childhood development.

WND also reported earlier Valerie Jarrett in 1987 got her start in politics, working for Washington as deputy corporation counsel for finance and development. She was deputy chief of staff for Mayor Richard Daley, during which time she hired Michelle Robinson, then engaged to Obama.

WND reported just recently that Obama critics have suspected that the president’s “tilt toward Iran” in negotiations over that rogue nation’s nuclear program is because of the influence of Valeria Jarrett, who was born there.

Retired Lt. Gen. William G. “Jerry” Boykin, former deputy undersecretary of defense for intelligence under President George W. Bush, spotlighted Jarrett’s influence in a Fox News interview in February.

“There are many who are now saying that [Jarrett] is really the architect of this non-treaty with the Iranians,” he said, “which ultimately will result in the Iranians having a nuclear program, and America having to accept a nuclear-armed Iran.”

Stanley Kurtz, senior fellow at the Ethics and Public Policy Center, noted in a 2011 National Review article Jarrett was born and raised in Iran for the first five years of her life.

“In explaining how she first grew close to Obama, Jarrett says they traded stories of their youthful travels,” he wrote.

Kurtz said Jarrett has affirmed that she and Obama “reject traditional American exceptionalism.”

FBI investigations targeted Valerie Jarrett's family
Bob Unruh
Wed, 24 Jun 2015 01:10:08 GMT
TCWhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00307110073160402768noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4831143917465517699.post-70808939154119305452015-06-23T22:13:00.001-05:002015-06-23T22:13:13.995-05:00Massive Planned Parenthood facility faces own abortion

A court in Illinois will have to determine now whether a massive Planned Parenthood abortion facility is legal and can continue to operate after an appeals court determined its neighbors had a valid concern that it was out of compliance with the city’s zoning requirements.

The ruling came from the Illinois Appellate Court, Second Judicial District, which reversed an earlier decision by the lower court to dismiss the complaint brought by the Fox Valley Families Against Planned Parenthood.

They are represented by lawyers with the the Thomas More Society of Chicago.

The plaintiffs argued that the mega-abortion operation, which was built eight years ago in Aurora, Illinois, was illegal since it was built on and remains located in a business development district – reserved exclusively for profit-making businesses.

Planned Parenthood has set itself up as a nonprofit.

Get “Abortion Free: Your Manual to Building a Pro-Life America One Community at a Time,” and start putting its recommendations into effect in your home town.

The appeals court ordered discovery and further proceedings in the lower court to address the neighbors’ main claim, that the zoning specifically bans nonprofits so Planned Parenthood is not allowed to be there.

Peter Breen, special counsel for the society, said, “This facility was built on a foundation of deception, and the appellate court’s ruling reaffirms that Planned Parenthood must obey Aurora’s zoning laws, just like any other resident of Aurora.”

He said, “Planned Parenthood built its abortion facility in Aurora under false pretenses and in blatant violation of the strictures of Aurora’s zoning code, which require a tax-paying for-profit use on that site.”

The society report said unless there are some further proceedings that move the case up to the Illinois Supreme Court, the case will return to the DuPage County Circuit Court for litigation over the conflict between Planned Parenthood and the city’s zoning.

According to the society, “Planned Parenthood boasted that it had been paying property taxes on the property from 2006 throughout the pendency of proceedings in the circuit court, and its attorneys argued that such payment of property taxes proved that it was lawfully operating as a for-profit entity. However, within a few months after the suit was dismissed by the circuit court, Planned Parenthood applied for and was granted property tax exemptions and a rebate of taxes paid for the prior three years, arguing that its use of the property was strictly charitable and non-profit. In 2007, Planned Parenthood also won $8.05 million in 501(c)(3) tax-free bond financing from the Illinois Finance Authority upon its promise that it would use the property for exclusively charitable purposes.”

The structure was constructed with Planned Parenthood hiding behind dummy “front” companies during the time the 21,000-square-foot building was permitted and built.

The Thomas More Society said, “Planned Parenthood withheld its true intended use and the resultant negative impact on its neighbors from the people and city of Aurora. After media revelations in July 2007 that the property was to house a massive Planned Parenthood abortion facility, intense public outcry resulted. But Aurora finally allowed the facility to open in October 2007.”

Aurora Mayor Thomas Weisner made the decision to allow the abortion facility to move forward, but then the city later argued that it was a legislative decision by the city that reached that conclusion.

“We conclude that no such decision was made. We also conclude that it was error to interpret plaintiff’s claim against the Planned Parenthood defendants as one for administrative review. … We reverse the trial court’s order granting summary judgment in favor of the Planned Parenthood defendants on plaintiff’s claim that the ongoing use of the property violates the [zoning.]

“We also hold that it was error to limit discovery on this issue and to strike plaintiffs’ request for declaratory judgment relating to this issue.”

Planned Parenthood had built the building under the name of Gemini Office Development, GOD, which in turn was owned by 21st Century Office Development, which was controlled by Planned Parenthood.

At public meetings regarding the project, Planned Parenthood concealed its identity until it was outed by local reports. Officials were describing the project as a “medical office building.”

The plaintiffs also had suggested that surgical procedures such as abortions also were not allowed in an office building setting, and also that it required a special use permit, which was not obtained.

The original list of complaints also noted Planned Parenthood did not have the required parking availability or yard size. And they said Gemini did not seek variances or exceptions to those requirements.

The plaintiffs also explained that they had been unable to obtain voluntary statements pertinent to the case from the zoning administrator, mayor and city council “due to their hostility.” Under formal discovery, such statements could be required.

Related story

Pro-life organization ramps up work for 2016

Massive Planned Parenthood facility faces own abortion
Bob Unruh
Wed, 24 Jun 2015 01:29:50 GMT
TCWhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00307110073160402768noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4831143917465517699.post-5547232206758295782015-06-07T16:00:00.001-05:002015-06-07T16:00:31.446-05:00Did ISIS give a clue about Jade Helm 15?

I’ve echoed in a recent column that I don’t think Jade Helm 15, the largest domestic military exercises involving every branch of service in seven states this summer, is a security risk to Texas. Even the Pentagon isn’t that stupid to mess with the Lone Star State. However, I have also said that I believe Jade Helm 15 is more than “just a training exercise,” and I think ISIS just gave us the clue.

The exact words in my past column about Jade Helm 15 were: “I do believe, in addition to the largest domestic military training, it is also a display of power (near the southern border) intended for deterrence of enemies like ISIS and other terrorists, whom the FBI has already said have tentacles in all 50 states.”

And guess who just released its intent to smuggle nuclear weapons across the U.S.-Mexico border? You guessed it. Granted, ISIS is a band of liars following the father of lies, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t a nugget of truth in its propaganda, especially when experts agree. ISIS even has a nuclear plan.

The International Business Times reported: “The Islamic State group claims it could purchase a nuclear device from Pakistan and transport it to the United States through drug-smuggling channels. The group, also known as ISIS and ISIL, would transfer the nuclear weapon from Pakistan to Nigeria or Mexico, where it could be brought to South America and then up to the U.S., according to an op-ed allegedly written by kidnapped British photojournalist John Cantlie and published in Dabiq, the group’s propaganda magazine.”

Chuck Norris provides real solutions to our county’s problems and a way to reawaken the American dream in his best-seller, “Black Belt Patriotism.”

The Nigerian newspaper Premium Times further reported that Boko Haram, the Nigerian jihadist group that pledged its formal allegiance to ISIS in March, could carry out the nuclear bomb import into the U.S. as easy as smugglers use drug routes.

The ISIS op-ed piece explains the feasibility: “Let me throw a hypothetical operation onto the table. The Islamic State has billions of dollars in the bank, so they call on their wilāyah in Pakistan to purchase a nuclear device through weapons dealers with links to corrupt officials in the region.”

It went to explain, “The weapon is then transported overland until it makes it to Libya, where the mujāhidīn move it south to Nigeria. Drug shipments from Columbia bound for Europe pass through West Africa, so moving other types of contraband from East to West is just as possible.”

Then, “The nuke and accompanying mujāhidīn arrive on the shorelines of South America and are transported through the porous borders of Central America before arriving in Mexico and up to the border with the United States.”

Finally, “From there it’s just a quick hop through a smuggling tunnel and hey presto, they’re mingling with another 12 million ‘illegal’ aliens in America with a nuclear bomb in the trunk of their car.”

Say it’s preposterous? ISIS will never get the capability? Experts disagree.

Bloomberg reported that Indian Minister of State Defense Rao Inderjit Singh warned the crowd at the Shangri-La regional security conference in Singapore two weeks ago that “[w]ith the rise of ISIL in West Asia, one is afraid to an extent that perhaps they might get access to a nuclear arsenal from states like Pakistan.”

In September 2014, Joe Cirincione, president of Ploughshares Fund, a global security foundation, and author of “Nuclear Nightmares: Securing the World Before It Is Too Late,” wrote in the New York Daily News: “Its seizure of banks and oil fields gave it more than $2 billion in assets. If ISIS could make the right connection to corrupt officials in Russia or Pakistan, the group might be able to buy enough highly enriched uranium (about 50 pounds) and the technical help to build a crude nuclear device. Militants recruited from Europe or America could help smuggle it into their home nations.”

And what about a year ago on July 8, 2014, when Iraq’s United Nations ambassador Mohamed Ali Alhakim, following the seizure of 40 kilograms [88 pounds] of uranium compounds from Mosul University, wrote and warned the U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon that these materials “can be used in manufacturing weapons of mass destruction,” according to Reuters.

Alhakim went on to explain, “These nuclear materials, despite the limited amounts mentioned, can enable terrorist groups, with the availability of the required expertise, to use it separate or in combination with other materials in its terrorist acts.”

In December 2014, Hamayun Tariq, a British ISIS member now based in Syria claimed insider knowledge when he wrote on social media that the jihadist group “obtained the uranium from Mosul University and now possesses a ‘dirty bomb’ that it is now considering detonating in a public area,” according to the International Business Times.

Friends, I’m not falling for the trap of ISIS fear baiting or mongering. This isn’t fiction, fairytale or conspiracy. I’m talking about the U.S. government not sticking its heads in the sand or at least asking us to stick ours in it. Washington needs to quit downplaying or minimizing the nuclear risk, lest we find ourselves right back in the unprepared era of pre-9/11.

I don’t think that Jade Helm 15 is a risk to Texas or any other state. I think ISIS is, as the FBI admitted in February. The sooner we send every last one of its members to Mars, the better off America and this world will be. Now, there’s a covert action the military should implement: ISIS mission to Mars!

Lastly, now look at the official military map for Jade Helm 15 and how those military exercises’ locations in five of the seven states are a buttress against the entire length of the southern border:

Is it a coincidence that the Pentagon chose locations stretching from the southern most point of Southern California all the way over to New Mexico and Texas, just above El Paso and over to San Antonio near the Gulf of Mexico?

Whether or not you believe the intelligence sources of Judicial Watch and WND about ISIS collaborating with Mexican drug cartels and the existence of ISIS terror camps just eight miles from the Texas border town of El Paso, is it a coincidence that Jade Helm 15 exercises are just a stone’s throw away from that border crossing?

Is it also a coincidence that ISIS just happened to share publicly with the world that it vows to smuggle nukes through the southern border of the U.S.?

It is also a coincidence that Jade Helm 15 is incorporating the largest scale “unconventional warfare” exercises at those southern points with Special Forces from all branches of the military?”

Is it also a coincidence that Jade Helm 15 runs from July 15 through Sept 15, just a few days past the key terrorist date of 9/11?

I’m back to the words of Franklin Roosevelt, who said, “In politics, nothing happens by accident. If it happens, you can bet it was planned that way.”

Receive Chuck Norris' commentaries in your email
BONUS: By signing up for Chuck Norris' alerts, you will also be signed up for news and special offers from WND via email.

Name*
FirstLast

Email*
Where we will email your daily updates

Postal code*
A valid zip code or postal code is required

Click the button below to sign up for Chuck Norris' commentaries by email, and keep up to date with special offers from WND.

Think of it this way. If in 1 or 2 thousand years, some archaeologist comes along and finds his grave. Aside from a couple of perky saline pouches sitting on top of his rib cage, the bones will be those of a man. History will know him as a man, not a woman. My bones will be female. If his body were found in the woods and forensics were needed to determine gender, it would be male. No exceptions.

Bruce and every other transgender can call themselves whatever they wish but the facts are the facts. A man is a man and a woman is a woman. In the end, no one will care and it will all be for nothing.

As for the petition to strip Jenner of his Olympic medals, I do not agree with that. He earned every single one of them and he was not pretending to be a woman in disguise when he got them. Let him have them. Perhaps he could be buried with them. Then maybe those archaeologists that find his male bones someday will be able to say, "Here lies Bruce Jenner. An Olympic Decathlon Champion." Let the rest of his story fade. It won't matter in the end.

Barney Frank, D-Mass., with “husband,” James Ready

An independent undercover journalist has secretly filmed retired Rep. Barney Frank’s “husband,” James Ready, suggesting Democrats give blacks watermelons to keep their votes.

In the film posted at Barbwire.com, other Democrats and homosexual activists express their disgust for Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, who, they say, is “an Oreo cookie” and doesn’t know he’s black.

The undercover footage dated May 2, 2015, was posted by Ryan Sorba, chairman of the Young Conservatives of California and author of the forthcoming book, “The ‘Born Gay’ Hoax.”

The video also shows Frank’s husband accepting what appear to be marijuana joints and stuffing them into his pocket.

Sorba has created a GoFundMe account to raise $95,000 because, he says, he wants to “use my skills as an undercover journalist to fight for socially conservative public policy for one year by exposing the chicanery and lies of the left.”

The film shows Sorba engaged in the following exchange:

Sorba: “I think we need to keep the, you know, the food stamps and the welfare running strong because it keeps the blacks in our camp. I mean, it does.”

Ready (laughing): “And menthol cigarettes.”

Sorba: “And menthol cigarettes and EBT cards, you know what I’m saying?”

Ready (laughing): “And watermelon!”

Sorba: “You’ve got a lot of these black Baptist churches that vote right wing.”

Ready: “Oh my God, yeah. So I don’t, just, I don’t get it.”

The film cuts to an interview with a San Francisco State University professor emeritus, who says, “Does that count when you don’t know you’re black? I don’t think he knows he’s black. … Yeah, no, really, really, because he divorced his black wife, married, married a white gal, which is fine, ya know, married, ya know. And he lives in an all-white suburb. I mean, you start adding these things together and you go (shrugs) …”

The interviews continue with pro-gay activist Richard McIntyre calling Clarence Thomas “an Oreo cookie from the word go.”

Then Rep. Barney Frank – when the issue of Clarence Thomas arises – says, “Gotta wait for him to die.”

Then the clip shows several homosexual activists admitting that they’ve chosen to be gay, they were not born that way and they claim they were because it’s “the party line.”

On Barbwire.com, Sorba explains, “Last month, I went undercover and discovered that many homosexuals attribute their orientations to molestation or other traumatic life experiences.

“While I was investigating, I heard quite a few racist comments.”

Sorba said he then began exploring the issue of homosexuality and race.

“What I found once again was shocking,” he wrote. “Although the homosexual movement has attempted to link itself to the black civil rights movement, racism still runs rampant in a community that supposedly espouses equal treatment.”

Concerned individuals may contribute to Sorba’s GoFundMe campaign here.

Barney Frank's hubby: Give blacks watermelons
-NO AUTHOR-
Thu, 04 Jun 2015 01:04:25 GMT
TCWhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00307110073160402768noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4831143917465517699.post-69597641902238147392015-06-03T21:24:00.001-05:002015-06-03T21:24:08.862-05:00U.S. rep.: Force gun owners to 'buy insurance or pay fine'

<img alt="Rep. Carolyn Maloney, D-N.Y., is one of the most anti-gun members of Congress.

U.S. Rep. Carolyn Maloney, D-N.Y., has introduced a bill that would force gun owners to have liability insurance or face fines of up to $10,000.

According to Maloney. the Firearms Risk Protection Act would curb so-called “gun violence,” much like car insurance has lowered vehicle fatalities, she said, because gun owners would be more careful.

In a statement to the Hill, Maloney said:

“We require insurance to own a car, but no such requirement exists for guns. The results are clear: car fatalities have declined by 25 percent in the last decade, but gun fatalities continue to rise.”

Maloney said auto insurance carriers incentivize drivers to take precautions to reduce accidents, but no such incentives exist for firearm owners. She wants to change that.

“An insurance requirement would allow the free market to encourage cautious behavior and help save lives,” she said. “Adequate liability coverage would also ensure that the victims of gun violence are fairly compensated when crimes or accidents occur.”

This is the second time Maloney, who is one of the biggest gun control advocates in Congress, has introduced the legislation, according to the Hill. A few weeks ago she reintroduced legislation that would require sellers to obtain a background check for all guns sold at gun shows.

The Gun Show Loophole Closing Act, long championed by former Rep. Carolyn McCarthy, D-N.Y., would subject anyone selling or transferring a gun to the National Instant Criminal Background Check System and require that transfers be reported to the attorney general.

Second Amendment advocates said the proposal sounds like a money-maker for insurance companies and lawyers while throwing law-abiding gun owners under the bus.

Larry Pratt of Gun Owners of America

“If it were constitutional, which it is not, to require gun owners to buy liability insurance before they can own a gun, then politicians who support this kind of legislation should be required to buy liability insurance before they open their mouths and/or push legislation,” said Larry Pratt, executive director of Gun Owners of America. “If any in the media support this, then they should also be asked to buy liability insurance.”

Alan Gottlieb, founder and executive vice president of the Second Amendment Foundation, said this isn’t the first time this idea has been floated.

“From time to time this proposal has been floated in various states,” he said. “Sometimes it has been supported by insurance company lobbyists as they could profit from the premiums.”

But the real intent, besides shoveling a windfall of cash to the insurance industry, is to make gun ownership more cost prohibitive for more people, Gottlieb said.

Alan Gottlieb is founder of the SAF.

“This is just one more infringement on Second Amendment rights that the gun prohibition lobby is pushing to make gun ownership more expensive so that less people can exercise their constitutional civil rights,” he said.

Check out “On the Firing Line: Essays on the Defense of Liberty” by Larry Pratt, leader of Gun Owners of American.

Mac Slavo, a blogger who writes on gun issues at SHTFPlan.com, brought further perspective to the issue of “incentivizing” gun safety.

“Rather than liability insurance to lower the rate of fatalities from criminal gun usage, Congress should look to the car industry for solutions. Improving the safety of citizens, for example, could be accomplished by giving them free access to body armor, as opposed to the nationwide ban proposed earlier this year,” Slavo writes.

“But that would just make too much sense. So, akin to stopping global warming with increased taxes and carbon credits, which do nothing but enrich carbon exchange management firms operated by people like climate change spokesperson and Internet-creator Al Gore, if you are a politician, especially in the liberal state of New York, the only possible solution would be to make people pay more money for the privilege of providing for their own personal defense.”

Slavo says the likelihood that insurance policies are responsible for the 25 percent drop in car fatalities is almost zero. “Rather, as noted by the Insurance Institute For Highway Safety and people with even a smidgen of common sense, it’s probably more likely that improved vehicle design and safety features are responsible for the large decrease:

“They found that vehicle changes — including improved structural designs, the addition of safety features and an evolving mix of vehicle types — were the main source of declining risk from 1993 through 2006.”

To suggest that gun owners are not already incentivized to be responsible with their firearms is “ridiculous on its face,” Slavo writes, “considering there are hundreds of laws on the books designed specifically for people who commit murder or even accidental manslaughter. The legal mechanisms for those acting criminally or negligently with a firearm already exist. If you kill or injure someone with malicious intent or by accident you face prison time and/or financial damages to be seized from your personal wealth to compensate victims.”

At every turn and on every level anti-gun politicians are desperately trying to supplant the U.S. Constitution, Slavo said. “They will use any excuse and take every opportunity – including but not limited to restrictions on popular ammunition and all out import bans on guns – in their effort to disarm the American people.”

U.S. rep.: Force gun owners to 'buy insurance or pay fine'
Leo Hohmann
Thu, 04 Jun 2015 01:25:55 GMT
TCWhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00307110073160402768noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4831143917465517699.post-6628927342320576882015-05-31T13:31:00.001-05:002015-05-31T13:31:40.518-05:00Speaking Ill Of The Dead

We've all heard the saying, "Don't speak ill of the dead." I challenge that. Why are we not supposed to speak ill of the dead? Because they can no longer defend themselves? Okay, but if that person was corrupt and they only ever lied their way out of any situation, then you can rest assured that if they were still with us, they would continue said lies. If Obama ever bites it, you can bet that I will STILL speak ill about the man. Just because someone dies, doesn't mean that their actions while living suddenly stop affecting people. Hitler has been dead for a long time yet the lives of those Jews who survived have been forever changed. Screw Hitler. Speaking ill of the dead.

As far as Beau Biden goes, he was no angel. In fact, the rotten apples never fall to far from the rotten trees. Do you recall the name Larry Sinclair? Refresh yourself here. Obama is gay and Larry Sinclair called him out on it. He even wrote a book called

Barack Obama & Larry Sinclair:: Cocaine, Sex, Lies & Murder?

It's about 10 bucks but worth the time to read. Sinclair, who currently resides in Duluth, Minnesota, alleges that he had sex with and snorted cocaine with Barack Obama in Chicago on two occasions, November 6th and 7th of 1999. To be fair, Sinclair is no angel himself. As far back as 1986, he has been in trouble with the law and had been in and out of prison. He is an openly gay man who had his share of drinking, drugs and casual sex. I hold no respect for Sinclair. But neither do I for Obama. Only the truth holds my attention.

In 2004, Sinclair was living in Mexico and was watching the Democratic National Convention when Obama came on to give a speech. Sinclair recognized his "butty". (I did not misspell "buddy") Here is the story from Sinclair:

He is in the Chicago area, and he wants to have a good time. He hires a limo driver working for a company called Five Star limousine service, and he directs the driver to take him to hot spots for action. The driver takes Sinclair around town, eventually dropping him off at or close to a gay bar. Knowing that Sinclair is hot for action, the limo driver contacts someone. That someone is Senator Barack Obama (but not a senator at the time of course). Once introduced--and Obama used his actual name according to Sinclair--Obama and Sinclair engaged in little more than routine small talk. All Sinclair remembers about Obama was that he was in local "public service," and Sinclair pursued it no further.
Sinclair asked Obama if he could get him drugs, and he said yes. Obama made a phone call on his cell phone, and the limo driver took them to an unspecified location, presumably so that Obama could pick up the drugs. Sinclair gave Obama $200. Obama exited the vehicle, was gone for a short while, and then returned. Obama had acquired cocaine for Sinclair, of which he snorted a few lines in the limo, while Obama pulled a pipe out of his pocket and smoked crack cocaine. While the drug activity was going on Sinclair gave Obama oral sex. This all happened on the night of Nov. 6.
After finishing the limo driver took Sinclair back to his hotel and dropped him off. The next day or evening--the time is unclear according to Sinclair's story--Obama unexpectedly showed up at Sinclair's hotel room. Whether or not they did drugs together again I am not sure. But Sinclair does claim that he once again gave Obama oral sex.

Even still, Sinclair didn't think much of seeing Obama on TV. It wasn't until 2007 when Obama was running for President that Sinclair decided to talk. See, Obama had claimed in his two autobiographies as well as through the media, that while he had experimented with drugs in his youth, that drug use had ended when he was in college. Sinclair knew this was a lie. Obama was passing himself off as the savior to the world. He was going to slow the rise of the ocean and heal the planet for goodness sake! Obama talked a really good game but Sinclair knew he was not being truthful. Here's the thing: Many of us knew Obama was a lying waste of a skin sack, and we didn't need to blow him or coke to know it. Just sayin'. Regardless, Sinclair set out to set the record straight.

In the latter part of 2007, Sinclair began contacting the Obama campaign to ask them to publicly correct Senator Obama's claim concerning his drug use. He was hopeful that Obama would acknowledge that his drug use ended later than he claimed in Audacity of Hope. (Keep in mind that this is the mindset of those who got Obama elected. Not the brightest by far). Unsurprisingly, there were never any acknowledgments from the Obama camp. At some point, however, Sinclair began receiving texts and calls to his cell phone from someone calling himself "Mr. Young". At first, Sinclair thought Mr. Young was someone from Obama's campaign. But then Mr. Young asked if Sinclair had said anything about the sexual encounters with Obama. This raised red flags for Sinclair because in his communication with the Obama campaign, he had never mentioned a single word about having sex with Obama, only ever asking for clarification concerning the drug use.

Long part of the story short, Mr. Young was not with the Obama campaign. He was another gay male who claimed to have had sex with Obama as well. The last communication Sinclair had with Young consisted of Young telling him that Obama would make no acknowledgment or correction concerning Sinclair's claim of drug use and that he (Young) was being used to milk Sinclair for information, specifically who else Sinclair might have told about his sexual encounters with Obama.

On December 24th, 2007, Donald Young was murdered execution style in his apartment. The connection to Obama? Reverend Wright, the inflammatory black preacher that Obama listened to for more than 20 years. Sinclair provided a sworn statement to the Chicago PD regarding his conversations with Young. The murder remains unsolved. Young and another black male who was also killed execution style were also members of that same church. As a side note, there have been many others killed as a result of Obama's deception. Read about those here.

From here, Sinclair took to YouTube and spoke of his encounters with Obama. A little later a website known as whitehouse.com headed by Don Parisi, offered Sinclair $10,000 to take a polygraph and $100,000 if he passed it. The thing is, whitehouse.com was a former porn site that had recently gotten into political commentary. After taking the polygraph and collecting his 10k, Sinclair was informed that the "expert" hired to administer and interpret the polygraph, one Ed Gelb, found that he (Sinclair) was "deceptive" on the questions concerning the drug use and sex with Obama. The problem? Gelb had a phony Ph.D and the results of the polygraph were never made available to other experts as had been promised.

Sinclair had been taken for a paltry 10 grand. Not long after, rumors began to swirl that someone from the Obama campaign had paid Gelb $750,000 to say Sinclair had lied. What is truth? Who knows at this point but one thing is clear. The "failed" lie detector has stuck to Sinclair like glue.

Shortly after this fiasco, Sinclair was arrested on a fugitive warrant from the State of Delaware after completing a press conference in D.C. This warrant came from a sealed grand jury indictment orchestrated by the attorney general of Delaware, Beau Biden, the son of Obama's pick for V.P. In late August of 2008, all charges against Sinclair were dropped, but the message had been sent.

The younger Biden, Hunter, is not exempt from the rotteness. These characters are all entwined. Obama, Jarrett, Rezco, Blogovich....on and on the chorus goes. Obama was elected because of a well oiled and well maintained machine of deception. Chicago politics.

My advice to my fellow Patriots? Either drink the tea and pay the tax or throw it in the damned harbor and make a stand. Your forefathers would have already begun the revolution and had it wrapped up by now.

A filing in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida is
asking the judiciary to take control of Hillary Clinton’s email server, because
there could be “material evidence that is in imminent danger of being lost.”

In the motion, Larry Klayman of Freedom Watch alleges the evidence
could “document the predicate acts and major crimes.”

Klayman brought the case against Bill and Hillary Clinton and the Clinton
Foundation under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization Act alleging
the Clintons ran a criminal enterprise “with the objective of enriching
themselves by trading U.S. government action, decisions, policy changes,
influential statements, and favors in return for donations from persons,
companies, and countries who benefit.”

“The plaintiff files this motion respectfully requesting that the court order
the preservation of that information contained on a private computer file server
(‘server’) that then Secretary of State Defendant Hillary Clinton (‘Secretary
Clinton) used to conceal the U.S. government records off-site, rather than at a
U.S. Department of State facility,” he wrote.

WND reported earlier when the case
originally was brought by Klayman, who for years has been a Washington watchdog,
having engaged Bill Clinton in court battles during his presidency. He’s also
taken on terror interests and foreign influences in the United States, and just
over the last year or so has won a federal court judgment against the National
Security Agency’s spy-on-Americans program as well as bringing a case against
Barack Obama over his amnesty-by-executive-memo strategy.

His RICO case alleges that over the last decade or so, the Clintons have
participated in “acts” that constitute a “criminal enterprise” that was designed
to enrich them.
According to Klayman, the Clintons, through mail and wire fraud and false
statements, misappropriated documents that he was entitled to receive and
possess under the Freedom of Information Act regarding Hillary Clinton’s
actions, including her involvement in releasing Israeli war and cyber-warfare
plans and practices.

Hillary Clinton orchestrated this release to harm and thwart Israeli plans to
pre-emptively attack Iranian nuclear sites to stop the Islamic nation’s march to
producing atomic weapons, according to Klayman.

The claim also explains Klayman used the nation’s FOIA to try to get details
from the State Department regarding waivers to do business with Iran – “acts
[that are] alleged to be the result of the defendants selling government
influence in exchange for bribes from interests which have donated to The
Clinton Foundation, paid huge speaking fees to the Clintons and other means.”

WND was unable to get a response
from the combined New York office for Bill Clinton and the foundation.

The current scandal over Hillary Clinton’s emails as secretary of state – she
set up a private server in her home, avoiding government paths that are archived
and then reportedly destroyed tens of thousands of emails without any oversight
– “is alleged to cover up” evidence of crimes, Klayman explained.

News reports say she printed out thousands of pages of emails from the server
that she thought belonged to the government and gave those to the State
Department. Then she had the drive wiped.

There are, however, technical processes that might be able to recover
whatever was on the drive.

In the new motion, Klayman “respectfully moves the court for an order of
immediate seizure of property or attachment pursuant to Rule 64 of the Federal
Rules of Civil Procedure, an expedited entry and production of tangible things
pursuant to FRCP Rule 34(a)(1)(B).”

“Plaintiff asks that a neutral forensic expert be ordered here, as the
court’s expert, to take custody and control of the private email server and
reconstruct and preserve the official U.S. government records relating to the
conduct of U.S. foreign policy during Defendant Secretary Clinton’s term,” he
wrote.

“The private computer file server is an instrumentality used to facilitate
unlawful activity,” the motion continues. “Like the ‘Special Purpose Entities’
set up by ENRON to hide transactions and liabilities off the books from auditors
and shareholders, the Defendants Hillary and Bill Clinton set up their own
unusual, independent, private computer email system in their personal mansion.
The purpose of the private email server system was to facilitate secretive
horse-trading of government actions and favors, negotiations for the sale of
U.S. government services, actions, and assets to the highest bidder, and the
implementation arraignments of deals struck.”

The motion charges Hillary Clinton’s “private file server would have been
used to discuss, negotiate, and arrange … Hillary Clinton’s granting waivers of
sanctions on companies doing business with Iran in return for donations to
Defendant The Clinton Foundation and disclosing Israeli military plans against
Iran in return for donations from enemies of Israel and.or friends or business
partners of Iran.”

The motion claims there are 32,000 emails that Hillary Clinton declared
“private.”
Those “will show, if they can still be recovered, the predicate acts of the
illegal RICO enterprise,” the motion states.

Congress also has expressed a desire to learn the contents of the Clinton
emails, which, Klayman alleges, should have been included in searches for
pertinent information to several of his Freedom of Information Act requests.

Klayman also filed a request to amend his complaint, with the new document
attached.
He explained that it adds “factual allegations” based on “new evidence that
has become available since the first complaint was filed.”

Klayman’s complaint explains, “Plaintiff has filed many Freedom of
Information Act requests for public records created or held by the U.S.
Department of State … which records are of the public interest and importance to
the citizens of the United States. … As it has now been revealed, a primary
reason that the plaintiff did not receive the records to which the plaintiff is
entitled by law is that Defendant Hillary Clinton – upon information and belief
together with Cheryl Mills and Defendant Bill Clinton and other

Clinton
‘loyalists’ – set up a private computer file server operating a private,
stand-alone electronic mail system.”

It alleges Clinton’s “off the books” plan “concealed from the plaintiff
public records to which the plaintiff was entitled to under the FOIA.”

It continues, “Using those concealed communications held on the private email
server, upon information and belief, the defendants negotiated, arranged and
implemented the sale of influence and access to U.S. government officials and
decision-makers and official acts by State and other instrumentalities of the
U.S. government in return for gratuitous and illegal payments – bribes –
disguised as donations to defendant The Clinton Foundation and extraordinarily
high speaking fees paid to Defendant Bill Clinton and Defendant Hillary
Clinton.”

It has been reported many times the millions of dollars that have been paid
to the Clintons for speaking fees, and Klayman’s case estimates the Clintons
have “amassed a personal fortune (outside of The Clinton Foundation) of over
$105 million” from those fees.

The case charges, “defendants have misappropriated – that is, stolen – the
documents which are U.S. government property under relevant records management
and archive laws governing U.S. government officials.”

Klayman pointed out that Hillary Clinton “lied to the lower court” in
affirming that there were “no responsive documents” to his information requests,
because the private email server was not searched.

“The concealment of approximately 62,490 emails to and from the secretary of
state directly harmed the plaintiff in the availability of the most relevant and
the most important records of State,” Klayman wrote, adding, “Hillary Clinton
destroyed the email records after many congressional subpoenas and a
flurry of FOIA requests from various requesters, including plaintiff, had
already been issued.”

The case seeks orders for production of records and other RICO penalties,
including $5 million compensatory and $200 million punitive damages.

The earliest human records appeared about 3,000 or 4,000 B.C. – Sumerian

Egyptian hieroglyphics on papyrus, and Chinese characters on bamboo books.

Writing was first an accounting method for scribes to keep track of all the
king owned. Then it was used to keep record the the king’s decrees, genealogies
and astronomy. Only kings, elites and scribes could read.

The thousands of cuneiform and hieroglyphic characters were not only
difficult to learn, commoners and slaves were not allowed to learn them. It was
a form of control, as kings wanted people who would blindly obey them, not think
for themselves.

America experienced something similar to this prior to the Civil War when
southern Democrat states made it a crime to teach slaves to read. Anthropologist
Claude Levi Strauss wrote: “Ancient writing’s main function was to facilitate
the enslavement of other human beings.”
Kings ruled by honoring and rewarding those who obeyed them and by

The first well-recorded instance in history of an entire nation ruling itself
without a king began when Israel broke away from Egypt’s pharaoh around 1,500

When Moses came down Mount Sinai, he not only brought the law, he brought the
law in a 22-character alphabet that was so easy to learn the entire nation was
able to read the law. Israel is, perhaps, the first instance in history of an
entirely literate population.

E.C. Wines wrote in “The Hebrew Republic” (Philadelphia: c1853): “A
fundamental principle of the Hebrew government was education; the education of
the whole body of the people. … An ignorant people cannot be a free people.
Intelligence is essential to liberty. No nation is capable of self-government,
which is not educated to understand and appreciate its responsibilities. … Upon
this principle Moses proceeded in the framing of his commonwealth. … There is
reason to believe, that the ability to read and write was an accomplishment,
more generally possessed by the Hebrews, than by any other people of antiquity.”

Wherever there is a king, friends of the king are “more equal,” those not
friends with the king are “less equal” and those who are enemies of the king are
dead – it is called “treason.”

For Israel’s first four centuries it did not have a king, being ruled instead
by the law. The law declared there was no respect of persons in judgment; rich
and poor were to be treated the same; male and female made in the image of the
Creator; even the stranger living among them was under the same law that they
were under.

This was the beginning of the concept of “equality,” as there was no royal
family to seek favors from, no superior or inferior class, no caste system. Not
only was Israel free, they could maintain their freedom because all could read
the law.

Their experiment in self-government was dependent on one thing – the priests
teaching the people to read the law. When the priests neglected doing this,
everyone did what was right in their own eyes and the country fell into moral
chaos. In response, Israel got a totalitarian ruler, King Saul, who a short time
later killed most of the priests, with the notable exception of the priest
Abiathar escaping to David.

The pattern was clear – for a country to maintain order without a king, there
needs to be an educated and moral citizenry.
This was understood during America’s colonial era, where education and morals
were a high priority. After independence, large numbers of immigrants arrived in
America. The response was to create “common” schools for them.

The “father of American scholarship and education” was Noah Webster, who died
May 28, 1843. Noah Webster attended Yale, founded as a Puritan Congregational
school, but when the Revolutionary War started, he left for four years to fight.
After graduation, Noah Webster became a lawyer and taught in New York.

Dissatisfied with children’s spelling books, he wrote the famous “Blue-Backed
Speller,” which sold over one hundred million copies. Early editions had a
“Moral Catechism” with rules from the Scriptures.

For generations, American school children learned letters, morality and
patriotism from Webster’s spellers, catechisms, history books and his Webster’s
Dictionary.
Noah Webster served nine terms in Connecticut’s Legislature and three terms
in Massachusetts’ Legislature where he lobbied for funding of public education,
arguing the government should: “Discipline our youth in early life in sound
maxims of moral, political, and religious duties.”

Noah Webster stated: “Society requires that the education of youth should be
watched with the most scrupulous attention. Education, in a great measure, forms
the moral characters of men, and morals are the basis of government. Education
should therefore be the first care of a legislature … for it is much easier to
introduce and establish an effectual system for preserving morals, than to
correct by penal statutes the ill effects of a bad system. …”

Webster continued: “The goodness of a heart is of infinitely more consequence
to society than an elegance of manners; nor will any superficial accomplishments
repair the want of principle in the mind. … The education of youth … lays the
foundation on which both law and gospel rest for success.”

Noah Webster stated: “To give children a good education in manners, arts and
science, is important; to give them a religious education is indispensable; and
an immense responsibility rests on parents and guardians who neglect these
duties.”

Noah Webster wrote: “Practical truths in religion, in morals, and in all
civil and social concerns, ought to be among the first and most prominent
objects of instruction. … Without religious and moral principles deeply
impressed on the mind, and controlling the whole conduct, science and literature
will not make men what the laws of God require them to be; and without both
kinds of knowledge, citizens can not enjoy the blessings which they seek.”

Noah Webster wrote in “On the Education of Youth in America,” printed in
Webster’s American Magazine, 1788: “In some countries the common people are not
permitted to read the Bible at all. In ours, it is as common as a newspaper and
in schools is read with nearly the same degree of respect. … Select passages of
Scripture … may be read in schools, to great advantage. … My wish is not to see
the Bible excluded from schools but to see it used as a system of religion and
morality.”

In “Advice to the Young,” included in his “History of the United States,”
1832, Noah Webster wrote: “The brief exposition of the Constitution of the
United States, will unfold to young persons the principles of republican
government … that the genuine source of correct republican principles is the
Bible, particularly the New Testament or the Christian religion. … Republican
government loses half of its value, where the moral and social duties are
imperfectly understood, or negligently practiced…”

Noah Webster added: “To exterminate our popular vices is a work of far more
importance to the character and happiness of our citizens than any other
improvements in our system of education.”

Noah Webster wrote in “The History of the United States,” 1832: “All the
miseries and evils which men suffer from vice, crime, ambition, injustice,
oppression, slavery and war, proceed from their despising or neglecting the
precepts contained in the Bible.”
Noah Webster wrote: “Moral evils constitute or produce most of the miseries
of mankind and these may be prevented or avoided. Be it remembered then that
disobedience to God’s law, or sin is the procuring cause of almost all the
sufferings of mankind. God has so formed the moral system of this world, that a
conformity to His will by men produces peace, prosperity and happiness; and
disobedience to His will or laws inevitably produces misery. If men are
wretched, it is because they reject the government of God, and seek temporary
good in that which certainly produces evil.”

Noah Webster published his translation of the Holy Bible in 1833, stating:
“The Bible is the chief moral cause of all that is ‘good’, and the best
corrector of all that is ‘evil,’ in human society; the ‘best’ book for
regulating the temporal concerns of men, and the ‘only book’ that can serve as
an infallible guide to future felicity.”

In “Letters to a Young Gentleman Commencing His Education” (New Haven, 1823),
Noah Webster wrote: “It is alleged by men of loose principles … that religion
and morality are not necessary or important qualifications for political
stations. But the Scriptures teach a different doctrine. They direct that rulers
should be men who rule in the fear of God, able men, such as fear God, men of
truth, hating covetousness. … And it is to the neglect of this rule of conduct
in our citizens, that we must ascribe the multiplied frauds, breeches of trust,
peculations and embezzlements of public property which astonish even ourselves;
which tarnish the character of our country; which disgrace a republican
government; and which will tend to reconcile men to monarchs in other countries
and even our own.”

Noah Webster wrote: “Men may devise and adopt new forms of government; they
may amend old forms, repair breaches, and punish violators of the constitution;
but there is, there can be, no effectual remedy, but obedience to the divine
law.”

In his 1834 work titled “Value of the Bible and Excellence of the Christian
Religion,” Noah Webster wrote: “The Bible must be considered as the great source
of all the truths by which men are to be guided in government, as well as in all
social transactions. … The Bible (is) the instrument of all reformation in
morals and religion.”

In the preface of his “American Dictionary of the English Language,”
republished 1841, Noah Webster wrote: “If the language can be improved in
regularity, so as to be more easily acquired by our own citizens and by
foreigners, and thus be rendered a more useful instrument for the propagation of
science, arts, civilization and Christianity.”

Hillary Clinton testifying on the Benghazi attack

NEW YORK – More
than 100 pages of previously classified Department of Defense and Department of
State documents implicate the Obama administration in a cover-up to obscure
the role Hillary Clinton and the State Department played in the rise of ISIS.
The documents were obtained in a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit filed by
the Washington watchdog Judicial Watch.

They confirm WND reporting over the past three years of evidence that U.S.
Ambassador Christopher Stevens was involved in shipping weapons from Benghazi to
support the al-Qaida-affiliated militias fighting the Bashar al-Assad regime in
Syria, effectively arming the Sunni jihadists who morphed into ISIS.

The documents further confirm WND reporting that the goal of the terrorists
behind the Benghazi attack that killed Stevens was to force the release of Omar
Abdul Rahman, the “blind sheik” in U.S. prison serving a life sentence for his
involvement in the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center, and to avenge death
of a prominent Libyan al-Qaida leader killed by a U.S. drone strike in Pakistan.

“These documents are jaw-dropping,” said Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton.
“No wonder we had to file more FOIA lawsuits and wait over two years for them.”
Fitton referenced in particular a
Defense Department document from the Defense Intelligence Agency, DIA, dated
Sept. 12, 2012. It documents that the attack on the Benghazi compound had
been carefully planned by the al-Qaida and Muslim Brotherhood-linked Brigades of
the Captive Omar Abdul Rahman, BOCAR, which aimed “to kill as many Americans as
possible.”

The document, dated the day after the Benghazi attack, was sent to
then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, then-Defense Secretary Leon Panetta,
the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the Obama White House National Security Council.

“If the American people had known the truth – that Barack Obama, Hillary
Clinton and other top administration officials knew that the Benghazi attack was
an al-Qaida terrorist attack from the get-go – and yet lied and covered this
fact up – Mitt Romney might very well be president,” Fitton observed.

“These documents also point to connection between the collapse in Libya and
the ISIS war – and confirm that the U.S. knew remarkable details about the
transfer of arms from Benghazi to Syrian jihadists,” Fitton stated.

Plan to release the blind sheik

The heavily redacted Defense Department “information report” provides
additional evidence for a WND
article Jan. 27 reporting that James “Ace” Lyons – a former four-star
admiral who served as the commander-in-chief of the U.S. Pacific Fleet and a
founding member of the Citizens’ Commission on Benghazi – proposed that the
attack was an Obama administration-orchestrated kidnapping attempt that went
“terribly wrong.”

Lyons speculated that the Obama administration wanted to give the
al-Qaida-affiliated rebels operating in conjunction with the Libyan Muslim
Brotherhood an opportunity to kidnap Stevens and exchange him for the blind
Sheik. The purpose of the plan, Lyons says, may have been to furnish the Obama
administration with a pretext to justify to the American public the release of
the blind sheik to then-Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi, complying with a
request Morsi made in his 2012 acceptance speech on becoming president of Egypt.

The Department of Defense documents released by Judicial Watch further
reveals that a-Qaida chief Ayman al-Zawahiri sent BCOAR leader Abdul Baset,
AZUZ, into Libya to seek revenge “for the U.S. killing of Aboyahiye (ALALIBY) in
Pakistan.”
The documents provide additional evidence for a 2013
WND story reporting the Benghazi attack was in response to Zawahiri’s
request to avenge the U.S. drone killing of Libyan al-Qaida leader Abu Yahya
al-Libi in Pakistan’s Waziristan tribal area June 4, 2012.

CIA ‘not well organized’ narrative disputed

The newly released DOD and State Department documents also differ from the
account of the Benghazi attack Michael Morell, the recently retired CIA deputy
director, gives in his current book, “The Great War of Our Time.” On page 206 he
argues that viewing a CIA video of the Benghazi attack made in “real time”
caused him to conclude that “with little or no advance planning, extremists in
Benghazi made some phone calls, gathered a group of like-minded individuals to
go to the TMF.”

In Morell’s narrative, the 9/11 Benghazi attack “was not well organized” but
“seemed to be more of a mob that had come to the TMF with the intent of
breaching the compound and seeing what damage they could do.”

“When you assess the information from the video, there are few signs of a
well-thought-out plan, few signs of command and control, few signs of
organization, few signs of even the most basic military tactics in the attack on
the TMF,” Morrell said.
“Some of the attackers were armed with small arms; many were not armed at
all. No heavy weapons were seen on the videotape,” Morell continued. “Many of
the attackers, after entering through the front gate, ran past buildings to the
other end of the compound, behaving as if they were thrilled just to have
overrun the compound. They did not appear to be looking for Americans to harm.
They appeared intent on looting and conducting vandalism.”

Morell stressed that the Obama administration, despite his objections to the
contrary, has refused to make available for public viewing the yet classified
CIA “real time” video of the Benghazi attack.

Weapons shipped to Syria

Judicial Watch also noted the DOD documents released this week contain the first
official documentation that the Obama administration knew that weapons were
being shipped from the Port of Benghazi to rebel troops in Syria.
An October 2012 DOD report confirmed:

Weapons from the former Libya military stockpiles were shipped from the port
of Benghazi, Libya to the Port of Banias and the Port of Borj Islam, Syria. The
weapons shipped during late-August 2012 were Sniper rifles, RPG’s, and 125 mm
and 155mm howitzers missiles.
During the immediate aftermath of, and following the uncertainty caused by,
the downfall of the (Qaddafi) regime in October 2011 and up until early
September of 2012, weapons from the former Libya military stockpiles located in
Benghazi, Libya were shipped from the port of Benghazi, Libya to the ports of
Banias and the Port of Borj Islam, Syria. The Syrian ports were chosen due to
the small amount of cargo traffic transiting these two ports. The ships used to
transport the weapons were medium-sized and able to hold 10 or less shipping
containers of cargo.

A DIA document further detailed:

The weapons shipped from Syria during late-August 2012 were Sniper rifles,
RPG’s and 125mm and 155mm howitzers missiles. The numbers for each weapon were
estimated to be: 500 Sniper rifles, 100 RPG launchers with 300 total rounds, and
approximately 400 howitzers missiles [200ea – 125mm and 200ea – 155
mm.]

The heavily redacted document does not disclose who was shipping the weapons.
Another Defense Intelligence Agency report, written in August 2012, the same
time period the U.S. was monitoring weapons flows from Libya to Syria, said that
the opposition in Syria was driven by al-Qaida and other extremist Muslim
groups: “the Salafist, the Muslim Brotherhood, and AQI are the major forces
driving the insurgency in Syria.”
Judicial Watch noted the sectarian direction of the war in Syria was
predicted to have dire consequences for Iraq, which included the “grave danger”
of the rise of ISIS.
The DIA document noted the following:

This creates the ideal atmosphere for AQI [al Qaeda Iraq] to return to its
old pockets in Mosul and Ramadi, and will provide a renewed momentum under the
presumption of unifying the jihad among Sunni Iraq and Syria, and the rest of
the Sunnis in the Arab world against what it considers one enemy, the
dissenters. ISI could also declare an Islamic state through its union with other
terrorist organizations in Iraq and Syria, which will create grave danger in
regards to unifying Iraq and the protection of its territory.

Judicial Watch commented that some of the “dire consequences” are blacked out
but the DIA presciently warned one such consequence would be the “renewing
facilitation of terrorist elements from all over the Arab world entering into
Iraqi Arena.”
On Feb. 26, Judicial Watch has reported on State Department documents
obtained by the Washington-based watchdog organization in a separate FOIA
lawsuit that revealed aides for then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton,
including her then-chief of staff Cheryl Mills, knew from the outset that the
Benghazi mission compound was under attack by armed assailants tied to a
terrorist group.

Abolish Christianity

One man’s hatred of God and Christianity is a significant part of the reason that America’s education system now is faltering, according to an international journalist and education expert.

“It’s amazing how clear [John Dewey] was on his real agenda,” said Alex Newman in a recent radio interview with “Freedom Friday With Carl Gallups.” “First of all, he wanted to get God out of the schools. He wanted to destroy the faith of the American people and abolish Christianity.”

Dewey was an early 20th century progressive education reformer. His ideas were influential in forming the modern American school system. But Newman, coauthor of “Crimes of the Educators,” views him as the chief villain in a decades-long plot to dumb down the American population, paving the way for socialism.

“[Dewey] wanted to move the United States away from what he considered to be an individualistic, constitutional republic where people are free to do as they like and worship God – the Christian nation that we had – and he wanted to move us more to kind of a Soviet-type system,” Newman said.

Newman pointed out Dewey was one of the signers of the first Humanist Manifesto in 1933. The first plank of the manifesto states humanists “regard the universe as self-existing and not created,” which stands in direct conflict with the Christian belief that “in the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth.”

Dewey’s unbelief, his wish to dumb down American children and his desire for socialism were all closely related, according to Newman.

“He knew that the Christian underpinnings of this society and the widespread literacy and intelligence and just the power of this nation that had been so blessed would make it impossible to take over the United States as other nations had fallen, with armed force,” Newman said. “So he said, ‘You know what? We’ll hollow out the foundations. We’ll dumb down the students very slowly.’”

Before Dewey’s time, American education was highly effective, Newman claimed, and it helped reinforce Christianity.

In fact, the Bible was considered a school textbook in many locations.

“Education in the United States had always been about reading the Bible and understanding the Bible and understanding Scripture, and this is clear even if you go back to the colonies and look at the earliest education laws we had,” Newman said.

He pointed to the Old Deluder Satan Act, passed in the Massachusetts Bay Colony in 1647, which ordered every town with a certain number of households to set up a public schoolhouse to teach the children to read and write. The goal was to protect the residents from “that old deluder, Satan” whose goal was “to keep men from the knowledge of the Scriptures.”

That was then. Now, according to Newman, high literacy is not a major priority of the education establishment. A 1993 study from the National Center for Education Statistics found 46 to 51 percent of American adults were barely literate.

The show host, Gallups, reasoned that the large proportion of Americans who can’t read well probably don’t like to read and, therefore, don’t read much. That doesn’t bode well for society, he said.

“If you can create a culture like that, then you’ll create a society that won’t or can’t read, or cannot deductively reason and understand documents like the Constitution, the Declaration of Independence, the Word of God, the things that our nation is structured upon and founded upon; and in that way, then, the elite can do what they want with the useful idiots,” said Gallups, author of “Final Warning: Understanding the Trumpet Days of Revelation.”

Newman agreed, adding that Dewey wanted to downplay the importance of literacy and focus on turning children into social animals that would work for the common good. The effects, said the author, have been catastrophic.

“The kids cannot read their founding documents anymore,” Newman said. “They can’t read the Word of God. They can’t think critically, and they rely almost exclusively on the government schools and the mainstream media for their information, and the fruits of this are obvious now. Our society’s falling apart all around us.”

But the dumbing-down agenda is not limited to the United States, according to Newman. The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) has created a “World Core Curriculum” that downplays the importance of literacy and focuses on making children “happy, fulfilled, universal human beings,” according to curriculum author Robert Muller.

“This is a global agenda,” Newman said. “It’s extremely sinister. They want to dumb down the American people and all of humanity for the purpose of attacking the word of God and building kind of a global society, they like to call it, and this is going to be an absolute nightmare.”

Newman warned parents they had better wake up and resist this agenda by pulling their kids out of public schools. He recommends either homeschooling or finding a good Christian school. If neither of those options are available, Newman says parents must at least opt their children out of Common Core testing.

“The government schools are destroying the children,” Newman warned. “Common Core is going to accelerate this, and the agenda is unimaginably sinister, and so people need to take action.”

Progressive educator's original goal? Andrew Breitbart being only one. The entire Benghazi incident reads like a story straight from the old Clinton days of laundering drug money. My theory is that Ambassador Stevens was running guns to Syria. The 0bama Administration made a deal with the Syrians to release the blind sheik.

In order for this to happen, the Syrian rebels were supposed to kidnap Stevens and in return, have the blind sheik released. This is why the order to stand down came about when the embassy was under attack. However, 2 very brave Navy Seals refused to follow the order to stand down. CHAI was then re-opened it as a separate organization responsible for filing its own IRS tax Form 990, which discloses financial information to the public.

The reorganization, Ortel says, was an opportunity for the Clintons to transition from the financial statements of what he calls “Old CHAI,” ending Dec. 31, 2009, into the financials of the ‘New CHAI,’ beginning Jan. 1, 2010.

Analyzing all available financial statements for the Clinton Foundation and CHAI in the transition, including cash flow statements, Ortel has determined that approximately $17 million disappeared from CHAI.

WND reported Thursday Ortel has concluded that while Hillary Clinton was appointed to the board of directors of the Clinton Foundation in 2013, after she had resigned as secretary of state, she is complicit in what he has described as systematic financial fraud warranting a criminal investigation. WND reported Wednesday that Ortel found the Clinton Foundation’s explanation for why it was divided into three, legally separate tax-exempt organizations to be “misleading and false.” As WND reported Tuesday, based on Ortel’s findings, a prominent lawyer and a top government watchdog in the nation’s capital are calling for the Clinton Foundation to be shut down. In his first report, Ortel found what he characterizes as an elaborate system devised by the Clintons to enrich themselves through schemes such as skimming tens of millions of dollars from U.N. levies imposed on airline travelers.

Peter Schweizer’s “Clinton Cash: The Untold Story of How and Why Foreign Governments and Businesses Helped Make Bill and Hillary Rich” is available at the WND Superstore!

Ortel’s detective work required him to examine financial statements not just for the Clinton Foundation and CHAI at the beginning and end of the relevant years, 2009 and 2010, but also to evaluate cash flow statements that document the financial position of the Clinton Foundation and CHAI during each year.

In reality, Ortel alleges, Old CHAI had never been validly constituted as a tax-exempt organization, “even though it was used for years as a leaky conduit where foreign governments, major donors, and the general public directed hundreds of millions towards seemingly worthwhile causes, that instead were diverted and fraudulently mismanaged.”

Ortel further alleges that from July 2002, when the Clinton Foundation formed Old CHAI through March 2010 when New CHAI was formally authorized by the IRS as a tax-exempt organization, “large sums of money went missing – facts that emerge from close review of publicly available filings made by the Clinton Foundation, and theoretically overseen by executives and directors.”

Disappearing funds

Ortel points out that state and federal law put the burden of proof on the Clintons to prove the $17 million was not diverted in a fraud designed to financially benefit the Clintons and their close associates.

In this regard, Ortel’s investigation differs from the Peter Schweizer’s investigation of the Clinton Foundation, reported in his bestselling book “Clinton Cash.” The crime of bribery that Schweizer alleges places the legal burden of proof on the accuser, not on the Clintons. If the Clintons should face a charge of bribery in a criminal proceeding, they would be presumed innocent until proven guilty.

In numerous interviews, Schweizer has admitted that without access to documentation of the Clintons’ thinking and actions related to various foreign contributions to the Clinton Foundation and its subgroups, such as Hillary Clinton’s State Department emails, he lacks proof of a quid pro quo.

Instead of bribery, Ortel is accusing the Clintons of “inurement,” an offense that is defined at law as using a charity for personal financial benefit or for the material financial benefit of close associates, including those managing the charity, working at the charity, or affiliated with the charity in some other way, such as being a member of the charity’s board of directors.

When it comes to inurement allegations, the burden of proof shifts.

State and federal law requires regulators to shut down the organization and typically fire the board of directors. The charity is thrown into receivership once accusers demonstrate a pattern of financial mismanagement that suggests it is being fraudulently operated to commit the crime of inurement.

The financial mismanagement may be as simple as missing important dates for financial information to be officially filed with government authorities or irregularities in audit information.

The disappearance of $17 million, Ortel argues, is reason enough for regulators to shut a foundation down and to throw it into receivership.

He states in his report: “On the specific date between December 31, 2009 and January 1, 2010, approximately $17 million appears to have been diverted out of Old CHAI at a time when New CHAI allegedly had not yet opened a bank account and before New CHAI received its state and federal authorization to operate as a tax-exempt entity, a event that appears to have occurred in March 2010, when New CHAI appears to have received an IRS tax-exempt authorization letter.”

Ortel said it’s only one of the “several instances where I believe we can document that substantial sums of money, measured in the millions and tens of millions of dollars, were diverted.”

“The crime,” he said, “is an untold number of donors in the United States and around the world, typically giving relatively small sums, placed the money they gifted to the Clinton Foundation into the fiduciary care of the Clintons, only to have their charitable donations be diverted from the charitable purpose for which the funds were given.”

He said the pattern in the $17 million that went missing in the transition from the Old CHAI to the New CHAI “seems consistent with the assumption the Clintons were operating the Clinton Foundation and its subgroups in a fraudulent manner in order to mask inurement, the diversion of the funds to the personal benefit of themselves and their associates.”

The IRS defines “inurement” in strict terms: “A section 501(c)(3) organization must not be organized or operated for the benefit of private interests, such as the creator or the creator’s family, shareholders of the organization, other designated individuals, or persons controlled directly or indirectly by such private interests. No part of the net earnings of a section 501(c)(3) organization may inure to the benefit of any private shareholder or individual. A private shareholder or individual is a person having a personal and private interest in the activities of the organization.”

“[IRS] Regulation 1.501(c)(3)-1(d)(1)(ii) states that an organization is not organized or operated exclusively for exempt purposes unless it serves a public rather than a private interest,” reads an IRS memorandum titled “Overview of Inurement/Private Benefit Issues in IRC 501(c)3.”

“The regulation places the burden of proof on the organization to demonstrate that it is not organized or operated for the benefit of private interests such as designated individuals, the creator or his family, shareholders of the organization, or persons controlled directly or indirectly by such private interests,” the IRS memo continues. “The statement that an organization must serve a public rather than a private purpose is a basic tenet of the law of charity.”

As WND reported, 2010 was a key year in the history of the Clinton Foundation, as the Clinton Health Access Initiative Inc., the largest single part of the Clinton Foundation, was separated into a new entity when Hillary Clinton was appointed secretary of state.

For purposes of analysis, Ortel termed “Old CHAI” the corporate structure of the Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc., prior to 2010, and “New CHAI” to refer to the Clinton Health Access Initiative Inc. in the period 2010 through 2013.

Ortel noted that by Aug. 31, 2011, the accounting firm BKD prepared financial statements for New CHAI for 2010 that have been portrayed as independently audited financial information, free from material misstatements and not omitting material facts.

Yet, Ortel noted, the Statement of Financial Position for New CHAI as of Dec. 31, 2010 deliberately omits presentation of the opening Statement of Financial Position as of Jan. 1, 2010.

Ortel further noted that although BKD omitted to create an opening balance sheet for New CHAI, BKD did provide a balance sheet for Dec. 31, 2010, a statement of activities for 2010, and a cash flow statement for 2010. From these available pubic documents, Ortel was able to derive an opening balance sheet for New CHAI as of Jan. 1, 2010.

Ortel concludes, “We were also able to discern that $16.9 million in cash within Old CHAI was removed from its balance sheet as of 31 December 2009, before the opening balance sheet for new CHAI was struck as of 1 January 2010.”

An elaborate criminal scheme?

Focusing on the transition from Old CHAI to New CHAI, Ortel alleges the officers and board of directors ran the Clinton Foundation as “an elaborate criminal scheme” aimed at enriching the Clintons and their close associates, accomplished by failing to file independently audited financial reports as required, filing instead inaccurate, incomplete and intentionally deceptive financial statements.

“Unlike individual taxpayers who stand a small chance of being audited by the IRS after they volunteer information concerning their income and expenses on relevant tax forms, all public charities of the size the Clinton Foundation has been since its original authorization as a tax-exempt organization must procure an independent audit of their financial statements by a competent and empowered firm of accounting professionals who have access to all relevant supporting details and independently confirm material amounts directly with third parties,” Ortel argues in his second report on the Clinton Foundation.

“After this extensive confirmatory work is completed in all relevant domestic and foreign jurisdictions, an independent audit must be attached to the tax-exempt organization’s IRS filing, as elements of the IRS Form 990 and supporting schedules call for reconciliation of numerous financial figures with information contained in the independent audit, prepared by certified accounting professionals,” he stresses.

Ortel based his second report on the Clinton Foundation on the understanding that directors, executives and employees for any kind of enterprise bear a public responsibility to ensure in delivering financial reports that reliable control systems are in place and functioning effectively. Otherwise, there is no reasonable assurance reported financial statements are accurate or that the reported measures supposedly used in audits designed to assess performance are valid.

“For activities such as the Clinton Foundation, including the Clinton Global Initiative and the Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc., having effective internal financial controls in place should have been a top priority, to the board of directors as well as the Clintons themselves,” Ortel wrote.

Instead, his analysis “reveals that the crucial control function required for responsible financial management was neutered, perhaps by devious design.”

Ortel further argued that without effective financial controls in place and responsible operations, the revenues reported by the Clinton Foundation as a whole, as well as its various components, such as CGI and CHAI, are likely to be recorded incorrectly, missed or diverted.

‘Scheme to mask inurement’

In his second report on the financial management of the Clinton Foundation Report, Ortel argued the Clintons used the organization of the Clinton Foundation and its various subcomponent “initiatives” to manipulate financial statements in “audit reviews” to cover up a criminal inurement scheme aimed at adding tens of millions of dollars Bill’s and Hillary’s net worth after they left the White House.

Ortel charges the irregularities, inconsistencies, errors, and other omissions he has documented in operational management and financial reporting of the Clinton Foundations in general and the Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc., CHAI, in particular, uncovers how the Clintons played “an elaborate shell game,” manipulating the largest constituent element of the Clinton Foundation for personal gain.

Ortel buttressed his conclusion with a detailed analysis of the Clinton Foundation financial regulatory reporting in the years 2009-2011, as Old CHAI morphed into New CHAI.

“Absent effective controls, it should not be surprising the Clinton administration’s financial reporting of direct and indirect program expenditures, fund-raising charges, and overheads have been repeatedly misallocated, misstated, and misreported since inception,” Ortel reports.

He warns law enforcement authorities and the charitable-giving public in the United States and worldwide that the Clintons’ pattern of mismanaging and improperly reporting the Clinton Foundation was conducted since inception “most likely with fraudulent intent, designed almost certainly to result in a systematic pattern of inurement to the personal benefit of the Clintons and their close associates in direct contravention of the core state and federal laws upon which the theory of tax-exempt charitable giving depends.”

Clinton Foundation financial reporting: 2009

In the Clinton Foundation Annual Report for 2009 on page 50, a financial summary shows the Clinton Health Access Initiative, CHAI, was the single largest portion of the charity. Its stated program service expenses of $173.4 million constituted 73.5 percent of total expenses, stated as $235.8 million. The next largest program was the Clinton Global Initiative, with just $13.2 million in stated expenses, or 5.6 percent of total expenses.

Reconstructing combined statements from the information about the Clinton Foundation for 2009 found on the New York State Charities Bureau website, Ortel confirmed that CHAI in 2009 was the single largest program operated by the Clinton Foundation that year.

Yet, the financial statements Clinton Foundation created for 2009 apparently did not fully consolidate all entities involved in its activities worldwide.

“Rather than provide a clear and thorough understanding to the public of its financial performance, the Clinton Foundation presented and still presents a muddled view of its financial results during 2009 that never was independently vetted by professional accountants and outside experts,” Ortel wrote.

“Meanwhile, the Clinton Foundation passes off the deceptive work of BKD LLP, a Little Rock-based accounting firm, that itself is ill-equipped to serve its required function, as a legally mandated independent auditor of the Clinton Foundation’s entire, far-flung operations.”

While the 2009 Clinton Foundation financial statements were reviewed by BKD, Ortel argues it is unclear whether the Clinton Foundation officers and board of directors limited BKD’s mandate to performing a review. Nor is it clear how intensively auditors from BKD may have attempted to inform themselves concerning the nature and extent of the Clinton Foundation.

“The BKD audits on the Clinton Foundation website appear to be ‘audit reviews,’ limited to examining financial records provided to BKD by the foundation’s officers and directors,” Ortel explained to WND.

“There is no indication the Clinton Foundation hired an independent auditor to go back to original receipt and expense records and validate the financial statements the officers and the board of directors presented to the charitable-giving public in the United States and around the world as a accurate and complete record of the foundation’s financial record.”

Furthermore, Ortel notes, the Combining Statement of Activities for 2009 and the Combining Statement of Financial Position at 31 December 2009 are referenced in the table of contents to the Financial Report for 2009. But both are omitted from the package of financial information included in the report that the Clinton Foundation website purports to be the complete financial report for the foundation.

“This omission is material, and the question of whether the omission is deliberate deserves close scrutiny by legal authorities and by the general public,” Ortel argues.

Ortel, a frequent guest on television and radio and a contributor to publications such as the Washington Times, began his Wall Street career in 1980 with Dillon, Read, & Co., followed by the Bridgeford Group and the Chart Group.

How did $17 million disappear from Clinton Foundation?
Jerome R.
