So The Younger Bomber Drove Over His Older Brother?

I know the picture is graphic. I apologize for that. But this is the supposed photo of the autopsy of suspect #1 AFTER he was shot up, detonated and run over by his younger brother. The problem is this. In the video below, it is clear that Tamerlan Tsarnaev is alive and well. So where did these wounds come from?

The Boston Globe reported Friday afternoon that 19-year-old Dzhokhar Tsarnaev “ran over his own wounded brother [Tamerlan Tsarnaev] as he fled police” in the shootout on Thursday, April 18, 2013.
But on Saturday, Watertown Police Chief Edward Deveau had this to say,

“[Tamerlan] all of a sudden comes out from under cover and just starts walking down the street, shooting at our police officers, trying to get closer,” Deveau said. “Now, my closest officer is five to 10 feet away, and they’re exchanging gunfire between them. And he runs out of ammunition — the bad guy — and so one of my police officers comes off the side and tackles him in the street.

“We’re trying to get him handcuffed. There’s two or three police officers handcuffing him in the street — the older brother. At the same time, at the last minute — they obviously have tunnel vision, it’s a very, very stressful situation — one of them yells out, ‘Look out!’ and here comes the black SUV, the carjacked car, directly at them. They dive out of the way, and he (the younger brother) drives over his brother and drags him a short distance down the street.”

Doesn't look like he was tackled or shot up to me. The fact is...we aren't getting the full story here. Something is definately wrong and We The People deserve to know the truth. I can't wait until Monday, April 22, 2013, to find out what Glenn Beck's "secret" is. He says it will either save or destroy America. Well, since Obum stole BOTH elections, that is the path we have been on. To total destruction and his followers are stupid for thinking that socialism is the way to go.

As I have stated before, I am not saying that these guys weren't very bad men. I'm just saying that the information we have been given is so incredibly off the wall that we would have to be blind not to see that there is a cover up going on here. Just like what happened with Fast and Furious and Benghazi. Our "president" is out to destroy us. We better wake up and make sure that doesn't happen.
