One thing is certain...Obama is a liar. He has lied about everything from his birth to his love of America. All we have to do is listen to the words that come from his mouth. They tell us all we need to know. Here is a rundown:
- On “White Folks” “That’s just how white folks will do you. It wasn’t merely the cruelty involved; I was learning that that black people could be mean and then some. It was a particular brand of arrogance and obtuseness in otherwise sane people that brought forth our bitter laughter. It was as if whites didn't know they were being cruel in the first place. Or at least thought you deserving of their scorn. White folks.”
“The hate hadn’t gone away; it formed a counter-narrative buried deep within each person and at the center of which stood white people - some cruel, some ignorant.” - On Whether Americans Should Live The Way They Want“We can't drive our SUVs and eat as much as we want and keep our homes on 72 degrees at all times...and then just expect that other countries are going to say OK. That's not leadership. That's not going to happen.”
- Explaining His Campaign Journey“Over the last 15 months, we’ve traveled to every corner of the United States. I’ve now been in 57 states? I think one left to go.” (There are 57 Islamic states)
- On What He Considers Patriotic“You know, the truth is that right after 9/11, I had a (flag) pin. Shortly after 9/11, particularly because as we’re talking about the Iraq war, that became a substitute for, I think, true patriotism, which is speaking out on issues that are of importance to our national security, I decided I won’t wear that pin on my chest.” (Since the pin is patriotic, he won't wear it)
- On Racist, America-Bashing, Pastor Jeremiah Wright“As imperfect as he may be, he has been like family to me. I can no more disown him than I can disown the black community. I can no more disown him than I can disown my white grandmother, a woman who helped raise me, a woman who sacrificed again and again for me.”
It is clear that this hateful man was in fact like family to him in that he married Obama and Michelle and baptized his two daughters. The notion that Jeremiah Wright was merely some wacky preacher who just happened to give sermons at the church Obama attended is a boldfaced lie. This hateful man is indelibly connected to Obama and in fact inspired the title of one of his books and has been what Obama has called his “spiritual mentor.” Obama chose this man as family.
“I am outraged at the comments that were made yesterday.”
“The person that I saw yesterday was not the person that I met 20 years ago.”
“If Reverend Wright thinks that’s political posturing, as he put it, then he doesn’t know me very well and based on his remarks yesterday, I may not know him as well as I thought either.”
“I’ve already denounced the comments that had appeared in these previous sermons - as I’ve said I’ve not heard that before.” (Anything relating to a scandal and Obama knows nothing about it...sound familiar?) - On Pennsylvania and Middle-America“And it's not surprising then that they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren't like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations.” (I like being bitter and I like my guns AND my religion)
- On The Number of People Killed In Kansas Tornadoes“In case you missed it, this week, there was a tragedy in Kansas. 10,000 people died — an entire town destroyed.” (That was in 2007 and the tornado killed 12 people. He was trying to make a case against the war by stating that the States National Guard was depleted because of the war and they were having a hard time coping with the massive storm)
- On His Use Of Illegal Drugs“I had learned not to care. I blew a few smoke rings, remembering those years. Pot had helped, and booze; maybe a little blow when you could afford it. Not smack, though.” (Actually...we know you smoked too much pot and the cocaine? Maybe you got it from some older gay white man...you seem to like them)
- On Being Accused Of Being Muslim“No, John McCain hasn’t questioned my Muslim faith.” (Hmmm...we don't question your muslim faith either...how 'bout that?)
- On Taking A Stand On Abortion“Well (sigh). You know, I -- I, eh, er -- I think that whether you're looking at it from a theological perspective or, uh, a scientific perspective, answering that question with specificity, uhhhh, you know, is above my pay grade.” (EVERYTHING is above your pay grade...You aren't fit to sweep the parking lot of the White House)
- On His Plan For Socialized Medicine“What they’ll say is, ‘Well it costs too much money,’ but you know what? It would cost, about... It - it - it would cost about the same as what we would spend... It... Over the course of 10 years it would cost what it would costs us... (nervous laugh) All right. Okay. We’re going to... It... It would cost us about the same as it would cost for about - hold on one second. I can’t hear myself. But I’m glad you’re fired up, though. I’m glad.”
“Everybody knows that it makes no sense that you send a kid to the emergency room for a treatable illness like asthma, they end up taking up a hospital bed, it costs, when, if you, they just gave, you gave them treatment early and they got some treatment, and a, a breathalyzer, or inhalator, not a breathalyzer.” (Well we know it will cost a lot more now, don't we?) - On Preserving The Meaning of Marriage“I opposed the Defense of Marriage Act in 1996. It should be repealed and I will vote for its repeal on the Senate floor.”
- On Whether We Should Drill For Oil“We could save all the oil that they're talking about getting off drilling, if everybody was just inflating their tires and - and - and getting regular tune-ups, you can actually save just as much.” (Just keep flapping your gums Obama...there will be enough air for everyone's tires soon enough)
- On What A Baby Means“I've got two daughters. 9 years old and 6 years old. I am going to teach them first of all about values and morals. But if they make a mistake, I don't want them punished with a baby.” (Then you aren't teaching morals and values...you are teaching them how to cover up their "mistakes"...something you are very good at)
- On What His Minions Should Do For Him“I want you to talk to them whether they're independent or whether they are Republican, I want you to argue with them and get in their face.” (Setting Americans against each other...what a low life)
I like what you have to say. I'm will be putting up a link to your blog and would be honored if you'd consider doing the same. http://goldengeesenews.blogspot.com/ If I had any criticisms it is that the red and blue letters against the blue background on your blog archives are very hard to read. As you probably already know, several posts on CBC were accidentally deleted including yours here. I noticed that were still what appeared to be some of your replies to comments were still up on the CBC recent comments section. It appeared that you were upset by someone's comments but since your post is no longer there, I have no idea what he might have said. For some reason, I'm curious what it was. Could you let me know if you have time? Either here or you could e-mail me at neilschnurr3@gmail.com Thank you for your time.

Hey Neil...Thanks for the add..I added you back on my blog and I finally figured out how to change the template. I am sooo not computer savvy. Why can't I just type words and hit enter? Sigh! The comments were from some twit that began complaining about the hatred and bigotry of those of us on the site (CBC) and how sad and un-Christianly we were and how Jesus was very disappointed in us. Then called me Becky (?) and stated how all the replies to the blog were racist. (They were the first to reply to it) I've been called many things but never Becky! Have to draw the line somewhere...lol
DeleteThanks for getting back to me and thanks for the link and thanks for the nice comment on my Super Storm Obama post!
ReplyDeleteOf all the things I've written, it's my favorite. It makes me feel good knowing others enjoyed it too. Like I said before, I like what you have to say. Keep it up. I'll be reading.

P.S. My sister's name is Becky, she's nice. Maybe it was a compliment.
