WATCH LIVE: Senate Votes on Major ‘Nuclear Option’ Rule Change

Anything to get around the rules. These people have got to go… now!

The Blaze:

The U.S. Senate is voting on a decision to strike down long-standing filibuster rules for most presidential nominations.

If the votes passes, it will alter nearly 225 years of precedent, the Washington Post notes.

“The so-called ‘nuclear option’ would allow for swift confirmation of executive branch nominees and most selections for the federal judiciary without having to clear a 60-vote hurdle,” the Post notes.
