Lois Lerner Still Recieves Paycheck And Maintains Access To Computer Database

Even though she was put on administrative leave with pay, she still has access to the IRS database the same as before. The only difference is that know she is able to snoop from home. A source for National Review Online had this to say:

[Lerner] can still access taxpayer data. If your duties do not include dealing with taxpayers, you are forbidden from seeing the information. That is a violation of IRS policy, and if she actually accesses any file that contains any Personal Identifiable Information, it is a felony violation.

That would include emails that she has in her files discussing any taxpayer case that contains the name, address, phone numbers or tax data from a case. Actual Unauthorized Access (IRS uses the term UNAX) would be a really good reason for the new boss to can her in a hurry. I am sure a simple examination of her email files and hard drive would discover she still has taxpayer data.

Of course she still has access to everything. She is still calling the shots. Her so called replacement is nothing more than a tool that is being used to throw the scent off the dogs. This "woman" has the same elitist look on her face that we have all come so used to seeing on Barry and the rest of them. Chin raised so they can look down on their little subjects. In reality all that pose does is to serve a perfect target for a well meaning fist. Oh....I long for the day when every single one of these people get their just reward. What a beautiful day that will be. And very satisfying.
