Choose To Be "Left Behind"

From time to time, I decide to post something that isn't political in nature but more spiritual. This is one of those times. The new movie that Hollywood is behind is "Left Behind" starring Nicolas Cage. It is about the rapture and what will befall of of us who weren't quite "good" enough to be raptured away from tribulation.

I have a serious problem with this. The rapture is a lie. A big one. Please take a moment to read and ask for understanding. With all that is happening in the world right now, you owe it to yourself and to God to know the truth. The stakes? Your soul. I wrote this book  a few years ago and I have offered it free for anyone to read. I feel led to share it here.

All dreams are not of God. Some are
just nightmares.

I guess I should start by telling you about myself. I am a mother of two wonderful boys. A wife, a daughter, a friend to some and a burr under the saddle of others. That’s just the way it is. I don’t pretend to like you if I really don’t. I’m not rude unless you are
first, and then I’m not rude, but more likely just honest, which can be worse than anything at times. Either take me the way I am or leave me alone. It matters not to me.

I am the last of seven children born to a mother who worked herself almost to death to take care of us. My dad left when I was about
two years old. I saw him occasionally throughout my life after he left. Like once when I was nine years old. He brought me a doll. I remember the doll clearly although I never played with it. I saw him again when I was sixteen and again at age twenty eight. That was the last time I saw him although he lives in a nursing
home only twenty miles from my home. What would I say to this stranger? In my whole life, he has given me about five hundred dollars and a doll. That’s it. I have forgiven him and even
wrote him a letter saying so, but I don’t care to visit. I honor him because he helped bring me into this world, but that’s about it. He never gave my mom a cent to help raise us. My mom, God bless her, made sacrifice after sacrifice for me and my siblings. I have watched her eat a lettuce leaf just so I could have the food that
was left. She had no training for a job and an eighth grade education. I don’t know how she did it, but somehow, throughout all those years, she did. On two dollars an hour she did it and
without welfare. I am very proud of her. For what she did and what she gave to each of us.

Are we a perfect family? Oh please, we are so far from perfect it’s almost scary. But we are family, no matter what that means on any given day. We could hate each other tomorrow and be best friends next week. We just don’t know. I grew up believing in God and Jesus although I didn’t know that much about either one of them. My mom had this huge Bible that she would read at night. I always knew there was something very special about that book. Not the actual book itself, but the message it contained. I remember the first time I opened it, I was in awe of all those words and thought to myself how I would never understand it all. It has been quite a journey, I can assure you.

I remember getting a new pair of white sandals from my brothers when I was about five years old. I loved those sandals. They
were the prettiest shoes I had ever had. I wore them to Sunday school once and I remember this woman coming up to me and
looking at my shoes and then bending down to look right into my face to speak. She said I would go to hell for wearing open toed shoes to church. That’s right, this woman, who would have put a certain female evangelist to shame for all the makeup and jewelry she was wearing, told me, a five year old child, that I was going to go to hell for wearing open toed shoes to church. Even though I had on white socks with my sandals. Did you also know that I was in my thirties before I dared to wear another pair of open toed shoes into a church? This denomination is a very well known one
of the southern variety and that’s all I’ll say on the matter. I hope this woman has been able these past thirty three years to actually
read the word of God and learn what things we actually will go to hell for. Shoes don’t figure in.

The thing is, there are religious fanatics all around and one has to be very careful and practice discernment to weed them out.
There are also those who will persecute you for being a believer. In first grade, the teacher asked each of us what we thought the
most important book was. My answer was, of course, the Book of Life that God keeps in heaven. Well, the whole class laughed and
laughed at me and the teacher even snickered a little. I realized at that moment that if you love God, then there would be ridicule from many. I stood there in the classroom that day, a child of God and unafraid of the laughter. It even carried over onto the playground where the “popular” kids were still making fun of me
over my choice of book. I had no friends and didn’t really care to if this was the offering.

While they were thinking that I was too poor and too stupid to be allowed into their inner circle, I was thinking how they were not worthy to be called my friend. It is the same today. Don’t laugh at God in my presence and then expect me to be your friend. It won’t happen unless you change because I won’t meet you half way on this one. All throughout my growing up years, things never really changed that much. We remained dirt poor and I remained virtually
friendless. I read the Bible and understood so little of it. I tried so hard but it just wasn't coming to me. I prayed for the eyes to see
and the ears to hear. It took a while for this prayer to be answered.

See, I wasn't being a great Christian. Sure I believed and I said
my prayers but I wasn't living very well. I was too busy trying to get things right, to the point that I was getting them all wrong. Over and over again, I kept getting it all wrong. I never let God come into my life and help me. Even though I was asking Him to, I never opened the door. Ever invite your best friend over to your house and then hide inside behind a locked door while they were outside knocking, and then have the nerve to ask them why they
never bothered to show up? Of course you wouldn’t, but this is what I was doing. Not on purpose mind you, but it was happening all the same. When I finally gave God the reigns, God finally answered my prayer and when His word was opened up to me, I cannot tell you how glorious and alive it made me feel. The Bible is
amazing with its layers. And there are layers to His word. I learn new things everyday and still, I am left with a sense of awe from it. But one thing that strikes me as odd is how never
once, throughout all of my years had I heard a word of the rapture. Not until I was about 34 and my husband, who I was dating at the
time, asked me if I believed in the rapture. At the risk of sounding like an unlearned imbecile, I answered that I had never heard of it. (He doesn’t buy into it either, by the way. He was just checking to see if he was going to have his work cut out for him in trying to steer me away from a belief that has ensnared so many within its velvet covered chains.) He explained it to me and to be honest, I thought it sounded more like someone’s crazy fantasy than anything that God would do. I’ll explain why I feel this way in a bit but first I want to explore a little bit into this rapture theory. And the reason it is called a theory is because it has not
been proven. Darwin’s theory, Rapture theory, etc,... All of these theories take away from God’s word instead of support it.

I realize that there are many people out there who will hate me for the words I write and for the feelings I have in my heart and the
truth I have in my mind. So be it, but let me ask you. Is that Christianly? Just wondering, but before you get too righteous, you might want to step back and take a long, hard look at what kind of a Christian you really are. Do you really study the word of God or do you just go and play church? Do you know what God is trying to tell us in His letter to us or do you listen to man and to what he thinks is correct when most have no idea what God is saying?
And do you even know the true origin of this rapture theory, or did you just get a thrill up your leg from watching a movie and decide to follow along with all the other “Christians”? Or do you prefer to find out for yourself what the truth really is? If you prefer to find out for yourself, then you are someone I could probably call a friend and you are someone that God can proudly claim as His own.

Look, I know it’s hard to shake something that you’ve been told your entire life and especially from people you love and trust.
Remember, I didn’t wear open toed shoes in a church for 30 years even though I knew it didn’t matter and that I wouldn’t go to hell if I did. Sometimes things are just hard to shake. All I am asking from you is that you finish this book with an open mind and then say a prayer and ask God for healing. If any seed has been planted, ask God to let it grow. That’s fair, isn’t it? I know that it will seem as though I myself am being holier than thou throughout these pages, what with my hostile words and slightly condescending tone. Ok, maybe more than slightly at times but I hope you realize that if I
didn’t care about my fellow Christians, then I wouldn’t bother to say anything. Please understand that I am not angry with you. I am however pretty ticked off at those who teach this rapture theory. A teacher should always take the time to find out if what they are teaching is truth before filling the minds of others with it. Especially if it is of such importance as this.

This rapture lie endangers your very soul. It’s more than just a little important to find out the truth and don’t trust man in this. Trust God and His word and you cannot go wrong. The rapture is based on only a few verses throughout the Bible that have been mistranslated to mean something completely contradictory from what God intended. This is how Satan operates. He knows scripture. Probably better than anyone save God Himself. He used scripture to “beguile” Eve in the garden. He used scripture to
tempt Jesus in the wilderness. He uses scripture to lure Christians right into his outstretched arms and away from the arms that will save you. Stand up and be on guard. Don’t be deceived another moment by this lie.

So, this rapture theory was brought about because of a dream that a young girl in Scotland had in 1830. Margaret McDonald had a dream that some would be taken and others left. Those taken would be of the church. To be taken means, according to this theory, that
you are a better Christian than others. But let me ask you this... Are you certain you want to be taken? I mean 100% certain? I won’t be
taken and I thank God for it. It can better be likened to being snatched away. You will understand why this is before you turn the last page. But let’s get back to little Margaret’s dream and see what we can find out about it. I mean, I have had dreams that could most
likely be interpreted a hundred different ways by a hundred different people. It’s probably best I keep most of them to myself lest I wind up in the mental ward by some well meaning friend.

There was this one time, though, that I had a dream of significance. I dreamed that an alligator stole my fruit loops and took them to the deep water where I couldn’t get them. Now hang with me and you will see the importance of this dream. See, I’m afraid of deep water. I fell off a bridge when I was four and was swept downstream by the rushing water. By the Grace of God I am here today. The alligator, you could say, was God and the fruit loops are the temptations of life. God took away the temptations of life and put them in a place where He knew I would not search for them, the deep water. Wouldn’t that be nice? But do you think God operates that way? The fact is, I could interpret that dream in just that
way, or I could say, I was probably on another of my “diets” at the time and went to bed hungry and therefore dreamed of food. The alligator was my “will power” telling me, “NO! You cannot have these fruit loops (donuts, pizza, cake, chocolate, etc.) because you are on a diet. Therefore, they are going to a place where you can never get to them.” Hence the deep water. It’s more likely this scenario is the right one. But it’s all in the translation. You’ll
either get it or you won’t. No in between. The same is true of God’s word. You either will get it, or you won’t. I pray you do. As my brother and sister in Christ, I care for each and every one of you. I may not like all of the things you do and I’m certain there are some that I just wouldn’t like at all, and vice versa, because not a single one of us likes everybody or gets along with everyone else. That’s just human nature, but I still hope that God touches your heart and opens your eyes and ears so that you can see the magnificence of His word. If you want someone to baby you through this, then put this book down and go find someone else. I’m not here to coddle you. I’m hoping to change your mind about something that will lead you straight into Satan’s outstretched arms as he stands in Jerusalem pretending to be Christ come to carry you away. If you still want to be snatched away from God, then by all means, harbor the hatred in your heart or say a prayer for my lost soul, whatever makes you feel better. I’m probably not here for you anyway.

(Pearls before swine) Do I still care that you will be snatched away by a flood of lies? Absolutely. But I won’t beg you to believe me or beg you to change your mind. Ever hear of tough love? God has used it on many occasions. Sometimes, it’s the only option that’s left. That’s what you’ll get, tough love. If you want to follow the lie that Satan spread throughout the church, then go ahead. You’ll be praying for mountains to fall on you when you realize your mistake. I’m not worried about being wrong because I have God’s
word to guide me. Not just bits and pieces of scripture scattered here and there either, which is what the rapture is based upon. I have the entire word of God at my fingertips and it is just as incredible from In the beginning all the way through to Amen. You should check it out sometime.

Anyway, let’s study this dream of the young Miss McDonald. After doing some research, I discovered that Margaret McDonald was born in 1815 in Port Glasgow, Scotland and lived with her two older brothers, James and George. I’m uncertain of her parents so I
won’t speculate on them. Margaret was most likely a good girl and she read the word of God and went to church, however, she never
really understood the word. There is a big difference in reading and understanding. I could read a book on quantum physics and
understand absolutely none of it, but then a quantum physicist could read a pattern for knitting a sweater and be left confused. The
point is, just because something is read, understanding doesn’t always go hand in hand with it.

Now, the thing is, between the years 1826 and 1829, a few preachers in Scotland were emphasizing that the world’s problems
could only be addressed through an outbreak of supernatural gifts from the Holy Spirit. (And just to insert here, when have you ever heard of a “good” outbreak? Just a thought.) So in response to this urging from the preachers, Isabella and Mary Campbell, two sisters from the parish of Rosneath, manifested the ability to speak in tongues. Now, before we move further into these “gifts from the Holy Spirit”, I want to make sure everyone knows what it really
means to speak in tongues. It’s important because if you don’t know what God says, then you set yourself up to believe anything man says. I choose God. You can make your own choice, but don’t cry in the end that you didn’t know when the truth is and always has been right in front of your face. All you have to do is open your eyes and your heart.

So as far as tongues are concerned, let’s see what the word “tongues” means as it relates to scripture. You have to understand that the Old Testament was written in Hebrew and the New Testament was written in Greek, so in order to know what a
word means, you have to go back to the original language and see what it says. To do this, I suggest you get yourself a Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance with Hebrew and Greek Lexicon. The Concordance is one of the greatest tools in helping those of us who are not scholars in understanding what the word of God is saying. All you have to do is look for a word and the Concordance will tell you every verse that word is in. It is one of the best investments
you can make if you are serious about studying God’s word.

The word “tongues” in the Concordance with Greek Lexicon is glossa and means the language used by a particular people distinct
from that of other nations. In other words, the “tongue” of China is different than the “tongue” of Russia. Now the root of this word is "hetero" and means different. The word as a whole is
"heteroglossos" and means different language. Paul wrote several books of the new testament including Corinthians, so let’s go to 1 Corinthians chapter 14 and see what God said through Paul. I want to show you the difference in how one word that has been translated to be the same word, means two completely different
things. In order to understand the word of God, you have to go to the original language and see how the word is used. I mean, if someone were going to translate an English book into another language, they would need to know how the words are meant to be used. If I said, “The car is two distant away too sight further.” What?! Lost in translation. But if I translated a different way and said, “The car is too far away to see anymore.” See the difference?

By the way, I use a King James Version Bible, the 1611 edition.

1 Corinthians Chapter 14

2 For he that speaketh in an unknown tongue speaketh not unto men, but unto God: for no man understandeth him; howbeit in the spirit he speaketh mysteries.

(The word tongue used here is Strong’s G1100 and is the Greek word "glossa". It means language. What this is saying is, you could be telling someone they have just won a million dollars, but if you are speaking Japanese and they only understand German, then the entire thing is lost. You have to speak in the language that people
understand if you want to get your point across.)

Let’s go to the Book of Acts, because there is a difference in the way the word tongue is translated between 1 Corinthians 14:2 and Acts 2:3-8.

Acts Chapter 2

2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting.

3 And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them.

(Now, a cloven tongue is a language that is all languages at once coming from one mouth. Man cannot do this. Show me someone who can speak in tongues in such a way that each and every person understands exactly what is being said, even down to the dialect of the county in which they were born.)

6 Now when this was noised abroad, the multitude came together, and were confounded, because that every man heard them speak in his own language.

(Each and every one of them understood what had been said because only one language had been spoken. One that we all understand but are unable to utter. No one but the Holy Spirit can cause this to happen.)

8 And how hear we every man in our own tongue, wherein we were born?

(Here is the difference. The word tongue here is G1258
in the Strong Concordance and is the Greek word "dialektos".
Can you see where it is saying dialect? It is not just a different language, it is dialect.)

1 Corinthians Chapter 14

3 But he that prophesieth speaketh unto men to edification,
and exhortation, and comfort.

(To prophesy is to teach. Edification is G3619 in Strong’s
Concordance and the Greek word is "oikodome" and is the
act of one who promotes another’s growth in Christian
wisdom. God is saying that if one teaches, it should bring
knowledge and comfort and assurance. Not confusion and chaos. The rapture theory makes the word of God a contradiction unto itself. If you believe in the rapture, then you believe that God’s word is chaotic.)

4 He that speaketh in an unknown tongue edifieth himself;
but he that prophesieth edifieth the church.

(A person that speaks in an unknown tongue only serves to build themselves up, but one who teaches builds the church up, if they are teaching the true word of God.)

After Isabella and Mary Campbell began speaking in tongues, which no one could understand by the way, then James and George Mc- Donald, Margaret’s brothers, decided they would not only speak in tongues, but interpret them as well. Hmmm. Now it’s getting interesting, isn’t it? You know, it always seems to be that when something “religious” happens, like say the virgin Mary has manifested herself into a cheeto, the fanatics come out in full force. Always one trying to outdo the other. I think that is what is happening here between the Campbell’s and the McDonalds. Just my opinion though. What matters is what God says about it all. Let’s find out. Let’s go back to 1 Corinthians.

1 Corinthians Chapter 14

13 Wherefore let him that speaketh in an unknown tongue pray that he may interpret.

(This is saying to pray that you are understood if you are
speaking in an unknown language.)

14 For if I pray in an unknown tongue, my spirit prayeth,
but my understanding is unfruitful.

(This is saying that your work is unfruitful. What does it
mean to be unfruitful? It means barren, empty, not yielding
what it ought to yield. The word unfruitful in Greek is
"akarpos" and means to contribute nothing to the instruction,
improvement or comfort of others. Hey, these aren’t my words, they are God’s. If you don’t like what He says, then by all means, discuss it with Him.)

27 If any man speak in an unknown tongue, let it be by two, or at the most by three, and that by course; and let one interpret.

(This is saying that if you have a person who is speaking
in an unknown tongue, or different language, then what
those who are hearing the speech understand, then be
sure to have an interpreter there. And don’t have more
than three people speak at any one event that have to
have interpreters. Can you imagine sitting somewhere
and listening to three different people speak whereby
they all need an interpreter? Do you think you would
pay attention to that for very long before your brain shut
them out of its own accord? God knows us better than we
know ourselves. He knows we would be bored to tears if
we had to listen to something like that. Brilliant.)

28 But if there be no interpreter, let him keep silence in
the church; and let him speak to himself, and to God.

(If you can’t speak to the people where they can understand
you, then keep your mouth shut. You can’t help someone with the word of God if you don’t speak their language. They won’t understand. It is only common sense, or maybe I should say “rare” sense because it doesn’t seem to be very “common” anymore.)

31 For ye may all prophesy one by one, that all may learn, and all may be comforted.

(To prophesy is to teach and to teach one by one. This
way, the person being taught has a chance to understand
what is being taught and the beauty that is God’s word. If
you had all your teachers in high school or college coming
in to the classroom at the same time and each one talking
over the other to teach you the various subjects, what
would you have learned? Nothing. Chaos and confusion
are breeding grounds for more of the same.)

33 For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace,
as in all churches of the saints.

(God is not the author of confusion or chaos. Everything
is perfect in Him. His word does not contradict itself. Do
you believe this?)

Now, all of these “wondrous” acts were getting some major national attention. A lot of people came to witness these events and some of those came to investigate. There were two men, Edward Irving (Founded his own church and called it the church of the Irvingites. He was quite a loon) and Henry Drummond, who
regarded these events as genuine displays from the Holy Spirit. But there were others, including John Darby and Benjamin Newton, whom were there to investigate on behalf of the Brethren, that came to the conclusion that these displays were demonic. Sounds like confusion and chaos to me. Not exactly what God’s word is
all about. To me it sounds more like rituals that these people were having with each one trying to outdo the other. Sort of along the lines of those religious snake handlers. All pomp and
circumstance with no substance. And there I go, offending yet another group of people. Well, hold on, I’m not through yet.

In the Spring of 1830, Margaret McDonald lay on her sick bed and had a vision, supposedly of God. This vision is now known as The Rapture of The Church. In the very first paragraph of her very long narrative, Margaret tells us everything we need to know. She says, and I will quote her exactly,      "it felt as though there was
“Great darkness” and “Error” about it." Great darkness and error. That reeks of Satan, does it not? And no wonder. Her own brothers were speaking and interpreting tongues. God didn’t do this for them, but I believe that an evil spirit did. But then, all of a sudden, her vision turned to light and sunshine so therefore it must have
been from God. Take a look at the Book of Mark.

Mark Chapter 13

23 But take ye heed: Behold, I have foretold you all things.

Do you know what this means? It means that absolutely nothing was left out of the Bible. It means that God didn’t forget to mention the rapture and therefore sent a vision to Miss Margaret. He told us everything we need to know already. Need more proof? Okay, how about this?

Matthew Chapter 24

24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

2 Peter Chapter 2

1 But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.

1 John Chapter 4

1 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits
whether they are of God: because many false prophets
are gone out into the world.

All of these verses are talking about false prophets. Notice however, the one from 1 John 4:1 is also talking about spirits. Believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are
of God. That means simply, to test them. Find out if they are from God. I guarantee you that if they are, they won’t give you a vision that starts off with darkness and a feeling of error about it. The spirit world is very real and no, I’m not talking about ghosts and phantoms. Spirits. And not all of them are from God. There are evil spirits. Satan’s spirit roams the earth right now. He is not here himself yet, but his spirit is and of course his followers are. And if
you have studied the word of God at all, you will know that Satan loves to blur the lines of truth with lies to try and trick people. Satan knows the scriptures very well. That is how he can
so masterfully trick Christians into worshiping him. Yes, I said Christians. Who do you think Satan is after? His own followers? Why? He already has them. No, dear friend, he wants Christians. He wants those children of God that feel they are so secure in their faith that Satan will never be able to touch them. He wants you.
Are you secure? Do you think God is going to rapture you away to keep you from the tribulation?

Tell me, when, throughout the entire word of God, has He ever done that for someone? He didn’t rapture away Noah before the flood. No, but he did snatch away all the heathen that were on the earth. He was with Noah THROUGH the flood. Did you see that? THROUGH IT! Not AWAY from it. God doesn’t want Christians who melt at the sight of a little trouble. Think about who was “left behind” during the flood of Noah. Wait, it was NOAH! The only one with a PURE genealogy. Everyone else was having sex with
the fallen angels and worshiping false gods and everything else you can imagine, and a lot of what you can’t imagine. They were not left behind. They were taken. Still certain you want to be taken? Think about it. The children of Israel weren’t raptured away from Egypt. They were left behind at the Red Sea while Pharaoh’s army
was taken. Look at this scripture for yet more proof that Satan deceives:

2 Corinthians 11:14

14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into
an angel of light.

It is strange coincidence that in the same year of 1830, the manifestations of the Mother Mary began as well. This is one example of a vision by a young girl describing her experience.
“He was ugly, horribly ugly. You cannot imagine how ugly, he almost killed me with his gaze, I almost fainted. Then Satan went away and Our Lady came and said to me: “...renew the use of holy water, wear blessed objects and holy objects and put them in your homes.”
-- Mirjana Dragicevic, describing a Mother Mary Apparition in Medjugorje Yugoslavia, on April 14, 1982.

When you worship the Mother Mary, you are worshiping an idol. You are putting her before God. She was very important in getting
Christ here to us, but she was just another Godly soul that was used to bring about the fulfillment of prophecy. When you put these
objects in your home and wear them, you are worshiping idols that take the place of God. That is what Satan wants. I won’t get in to all the Mother Mary sightings as those are a group to offend for another day. It is just odd that both the rapture theory and the Mother Mary apparitions began at the same time. Also, in 1830, the Book of Mormon by Joseph Smith and the founding of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (cult) was established.
Did you know they teach that Jesus Christ and Satan were brothers? My oh my, what a year. But back to the subject at hand. The
Rapture Theory.

Well, two preachers, who happened to be at her bedside, heard the utterances of her “vision” and spread the word as their own knowledge of God’s word. Here should be yet another clue to you that it isn’t real. Two “preachers” heard a girl’s nightmare and decided to take it as God’s holy word and dress it up for themselves to pass along to others. By the way, one of these “preachers”
is none other than John Darby. The founder of the Brethren and one that called the acts of Margaret’s brothers demonic. Funny how
he changed his tune when he realized that there were dollar signs floating all around this theory. Why are “Christians” always looking for some new thing to attach themselves to? Isn’t the true word of God enough? People are always looking for ways to be a little something extra apart from everyone else. This is vanity.
Satan loves vanity. He does some of his greatest works through the vanity of man.

There are even several different variations of the rapture. There is the “Pre-millennial”, the “A-millennial” and a “Post-millennial”
Rapture Theory. Now wait, we aren’t done yet. There are four branches of the Pre-Millennial theory. The “Pre-tribulation”, the “Mid-tribulation”, the “Post-tribulation” and the “Two Stage
rapture”. Now, I’m going to be honest with you. I’m not going to sit here and explain each and every one of these variations to you because they are all, yes ALL, wrong anyway. But doesn’t this sound confusing? Even the folks who believe in the rapture can’t agree on which one to base the belief on so they make up their
own variation. Which one does your Pastor teach you? Remember that God is not the author of confusion. This should be yet another
red flag thrown in the face of the rapture. You may be wondering at this point how any Christian could believe this rapture lie if it weren’t written in the scripture. The thing is, the rapturists, those who created this lie, searched the Bible over with a fine tooth comb
and have found a verse here and a verse there and then utterly destroyed the true meaning of those Scriptures by twisting and molding them so that one joins another in an unnatural way until they have formed a completely new doctrine that, on the surface, appears to be supported by Scripture, but in reality, it is nothing more than a house of cards built upon the sand of Satan. Remember when I said that Satan knows the Scripture very well? How do
you think he can get to a Christian? By using the word of God of course. He will twist it just enough to make it seem believable but far enough that a Christian will blindly follow him instead of God. Are you watching? Are you protecting your very soul? Who else do you think is going to do it? It is up to you.

Let’s jump to the (near) future and see what it will be like for all of us who are “left behind” according to these holier than thou
rapturists. Yes, I said holier than thou because if you have the nerve to call yourself a saint, then I will certainly be praying for your soul. Reminds me of this parable from the Book of Luke.

Luke Chapter 18

10 Two men went up into the temple to pray; the one a
Pharisee, and the other a publican.

(A Publican is a tax collector that was not only detested by the Jews, but other nations as well because of the greed, harshness and deception with which they did their work. A Pharisee was one that outwardly did the work of God in order to gain popularity. They took pride within themselves because of their fancied good works.)

11 The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, God, I thank thee, that I am not as other men are, extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this publican.

12 I fast twice in the week, I give tithes of all that I possess.

(Here is the perfect example of a “holier than thou Christian”. Standing there in church being thankful that they will be raptured away while the rest of us are left to suffer.)

13 And the publican, standing afar off, would not lift up so much as his eyes unto heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, God be merciful to me a sinner.

14 I tell you, this man went down to his house justified rather than the other: for every one that exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted.

(Our Father does not like it when people praise them selves so much that they place themselves above others. Isn’t that what a Rapurist is doing? Saying that they are better so therefore they will be taken while all of us lowly “publicans” will be left behind?)

Rapturists believe that there will be chaos here on earth when they are taken. Cars will collide and planes will crash because there isn’t
anyone behind the wheel anymore. Dead people will rise from the ground to go meet Jesus in the sky, where they all go to heaven to be with God. For the next seven years, these people, God, Jesus and the angels will all sit around and have a grand time eating cheese and drinking wine and laughing at each other’s jokes, while the rest of us who were deemed unworthy to be taken are left here with murderers and rapists and let’s not forget, SATAN! Here we will be for seven years of hell on earth because we were not Saintly enough to be raptured away. But what does God say? Let’s go to the Book of Hebrews and see.

Hebrews Chapter 13

5 Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for He hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.

What does God say here? I WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU, NOR FORSAKE YOU. That’s pretty powerful but I guess God is a liar, right? I mean, if I am to be left without God in my life for seven years of tribulation with Satan and his followers, then God has surely forsaken me and left me. Why would God leave an unworthy sinner to another unworthy sinner? It makes no sense. Why does
God give us the gospel armor if we never have to put it on? Why even bother to write the Book of Revelation, and many others, if we don’t even have to read it? If we are to be snatched away, then it doesn’t apply does it? When are you going to think for yourself and see if the word of God tells you to be for or against the rapture?
Don’t believe it just because someone said it will happen. Find out for yourself. Don’t believe me just because I say it won’t. Find out for yourself.

The scriptures that are used to support this theory are as follows. I will list them here and then I will go through and explain what each
one really means and how the text has been violently twisted in an oh so subtle way. What does Genesis say about the serpent? Oh yeah, he is more subtle than ANY beast of the field in which the Lord had made. Are you smarter than Satan? How well do you know the Bible? It’s important and yes, there will be a test and God
doesn’t grade on the curve.

Ok, so these verses from the Bible that supposedly support the rapture.

Revelation Chapter 4

1 After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in
heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were
of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither,
and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter.

(Ok, first of all, we have to know who is talking here and
who God is talking to. The person speaking here is John.
John wrote the Book of Revelation and God is showing us,
through John, what will be. The part that says, “Come up
hither”, is FOR John. God is talking to John, telling him to
come on up because I am going to show you some things.
God is NOT talking to the entire God fearing, Jesus loving,
Rapture believing Christian Church. He is talking to John
alone so that John could write about all that he saw and
could therefore pass it on to everyone for knowledge. So
that we all could know and be ready.)

All throughout the history of the Bible, God never once removed anyone from trouble. He did however take the time to prepare those
whom he found worthy and those who took the time to listen to Him. The Bible is a gift to each of us from God. Life doesn’t come with an instruction manual? Are you kidding me? It certainly does and yes, half of it is written in Greek. So what, learn it anyway. Or are you saying that God is not worth a little effort? I’m not saying that you have to go and learn a new language, just get a Concordance and it will be invaluable to you as a student of God’s word. Everything is there for you and you never have to learn a sentence in another language, only the true meaning of the words. Once you know the actual meaning, The Bible comes alive for
you. It lives and breathes with the knowledge that it contains. I dare you to find out if I’m lying about this. Rapturists say that the Church is not mentioned after Revelation 4:1. Really? The very last chapter in Revelation has Jesus talking to us, all of us, about what to teach in the churches. In the what?

Revelation Chapter 22

16 I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you
these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring
of David, and the bright and morning star.

(Now this is Jesus talking, saying that these things are
to be taught in the churches. Uh-oh. Did Jesus forget
that He was supposed to come and rapture the church
away? I mean, this is the last chapter in the Bible, after
all. If all of it is supposed to be taught in the church, then
where does the rapture figure in? The fact is, it doesn’t.
It never has and it never will.)

Revelation Chapter 6

9 And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under
the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of
God, and for the testimony which they held:

10 And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O
Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our
blood on them that dwell on the earth?

11 And white robes were given unto every one of them;
and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for
a little season, until their fellowservants also and their
brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be
fulfilled.

(What about the ones that have been slain for the word
of God. Why didn’t God rapture them away? Is that reserved
only for those who are alive in the end times? Do
you really think God is so unfair? And what about verse
11? What does that mean? That their fellowservants also
and their brethren, that should be killed as they were,
should be fulfilled. I’ll tell you what it means if you’ll listen.
The souls, (people) who have been killed for doing
God’s work are there with God under His altar. They are
not in a hole in the ground waiting to be risen. Their soul
is already with the Father. God says that to be absent
from the flesh is to be present with the Father. In order
to understand what verse eleven is saying, let’s go back
to the Book of Mark.)

Mark Chapter 13

9 But take heed to yourselves: for they shall deliver you
up to councils; and in the synagogues ye shall be beaten:
and ye shall be brought before rulers and kings for my
sake, for a testimony against them.

(The verse above sums it up perfectly. The synagogues
of who? Of Satan. And we shall be beaten and brought
before rulers and kings for my sake. For whose sake?
God’s sake. For a testimony against them. Against who?
Against Satan and his followers. Who do you think will
do this if all of God’s chosen people are raptured away?
Do you think those who didn’t live that well are going to
do it? Would you hire a bunch of criminals to guard your
house or a pedophile to babysit your child? Think about
it.)

10 And the gospel must first be published among all
nations.

(These trials will be made public so that the world can
hear and see. How? Through television and the internet. And Satan himself will be sitting at the head of the
synagogue as the spurious messiah. Again, who will give
testimony for Christ if all the good Christians are already
in heaven?)

11 But when they shall lead you, and deliver you up,
take no thought beforehand what ye shall speak, neither
do ye premeditate: but whatsoever shall be given you in
that hour, that speak ye: for it is not ye that speak, but
the Holy Ghost.

(This is talking about God’s elect. The hour spoken of
is the hour of temptation, or the five months that we will
be here on earth, still in our fleshy bodies, waiting for
the true Christ to return. And no, it isn’t seven years, or
three and a half years. It is Five Months! God shortened
the time that the antichrist will be here before the second
advent for the sake of the elect. Of who? God’s elect. You
know, those lowly souls who weren’t raptured away. The
reality of the elect is they are those who refuse to run and
hide. They refuse to be “flown away” and “saved” from
trial and tribulation. They stand up and wait in line to go
before Satan to give the truth to the world. They have
donned the full armor of God and are willing to be beaten
and killed for His sake.)

12 Now the brother shall betray the brother to death,
and the father the son; and children shall rise up against
their parents, and shall cause them to be put to death.

(Do you know and understand what this means? The
word death is another of Satan’s names. Brother shall
betray brother to Satan and a father will betray his son.
Children will cause their own parents to be put to death.
Does this sound like something a good Christian would
do? Of course not. But if you fall for the lie that Satan
is spreading throughout the church, then this is exactly
what you will do. When Satan comes pretending to be Jesus,
here to save you and rapture you away, he is going to
listen when you say, “Oh Jesus, my mother (father, son,
daughter, etc.) is truly a good person. She just doesn’t
believe that you are here to save us from the coming antichrist
but she is just such a good person. Please help
her.” And there you go, a family member just handed over
to Satan. To be brought before him in the synagogues to
give testimony. Will you betray your own family out of
your ignorance? Satan will tell you to gather all that you
can before he raptures you away. Don’t believe it? Then
hide and watch for it will come to pass.)

13 And ye shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake:
but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be
saved.

(Endure to the what? To The End!)

Do you really even know what a church is? A church is a body of believers not having walls or name. It isn’t a building where people go to be fed a bunch of lies and to listen to some preacher beg for money in the name of God. God does not send beggars. You should tithe, yes, but you should tithe where you are taught. Are you being taught by your preacher? Eve had sex with Satan in the Garden of Eden and conceived Cain. The word apple is not even mentioned.
Why? Because Eve didn’t sin with her mouth. I ask you again, are you being taught where you go to church? There is an eighth day
creation of man that is separate from the sixth day creation. I ask you again, are you being taught? If you aren’t, then I suggest that you either start teaching yourself or find somewhere to be taught. Don’t let some apostate rapture preacher rob you of the word of God. The Book of Revelation is there for us, so that we
may know and be prepared to stand and fight against Satan, DURING the tribulation. God will help us THROUGH this time, but He won’t remove us from it. Why would God reveal to us
what we should look for in the end if we don’t have to read or understand it? What church do you think God is giving these warnings to? The church of Satan worshipers? Come on friend,
that is ridiculous. How many of God’s children have you already mislead with your rapture theory lie? Here is a verse for you. Take it to heart before it is too late.

Revelation Chapter 18

4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come
out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her
sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.

Have you never wondered who it was that brought about the crucifixion of Jesus Christ? No, it was not the Jews. It was Kenites, the sons of Cain who was the son of Satan, pretending to be Jewish priests. Satan is crafty and he knows just where he needs to place his people. Not in the prisons, or slums or ghettos, or even in those specific churches that already spew hate on their own. No, in the churches, where good, Christian people go to hear the word of
God and worship Him. The real question is, are the teachers of this lie wrong in ignorance or are they purposefully casting out a net to ensnare as many as would be caught to be delivered right into Satan’s open arms? Most are probably teaching in ignorance. Some are definitely not. Take heed.

Revelation Chapter 2

9 I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but
thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which
say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of
Satan.

(This is talking here of the end times. It clearly states
that the synagogue is Satan’s and here we have more
people claiming to be Jews, but are not.)

10 Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer:
behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that
ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days:
be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown
of life.

(If we are to be tried and thrown into prison for ten
days, then when exactly does this rapture occur? If it is
to occur BEFORE Satan comes as anti-christ, then what
are these people doing here being put on trial before
him? Again, who do you think these people are? Horrible,
rotten sinners that weren’t good enough to be snatched
away during the rapture? No, they are God’s elect. His
chosen few. Why would He take you and leave behind
one of His elect? Would you save a stranger’s child but
leave your own child to wander alone in the streets of a
strange place where they may starve or be shot and killed
or raped and beaten? Would you? Would God?)

11 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith
unto the churches; He that overcometh shall not be hurt
of the second death.

(The second death is a death of the spirit. The first
death is when we lose our flesh body and are instantly
transformed into our spiritual body. The second death is
the one to be worried about. If you do not have the seal
of God in your forehead, then the second death is the
end of the line for you. You get to be raptured right into
the pit for an eternal slumber with Satan. Eternal means
forever by the way. It never ends.)

Having said all of that, let’s jump in feet first with the scripture that is the be-all end-all of the whole rapture theory. This is THE ONE!
I will break it down for you though and tell you what it really means. You might be surprised.

1 Thessalonians Chapter 4

17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught
up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in
the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

(Here we go. Let’s talk about this verse for a moment,
but after we are done, we are going to go back and pick
up the subject of the sentence. In order to fully understand
something, you have to know what is being talked
about. So, we which are alive and remain shall be caught
up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in
the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. The word
“remain” is G4035 in the Strong’s Concordance. Since the
New Testament is written in Greek, then we go to the
Greek Lexicon of that number. The word in Greek is "perileipomai" and it means to survive. The words “caught up”
is the number G726. The word in Greek is "harpazō" and it
means to eagerly claim for oneself. The word “clouds” is
the number G3507 and is "nephelē" and is from the word
G3509 or "nephos" and it means a large, dense multitude
or throng. The word “air” is G109 and is "aēr" and it means
to blow unconsciously. When do we blow unconsciously?
Oh yeah, when we are breathing. We don’t think about it,
we just do it unconsciously. Now, we cannot be present
with God while we are in our flesh bodies. We have to be
in our spiritual body to do this. To breathe is to live. To
live in our spiritual body means everlasting life and not
death.

Ok, so let’s put this in the context it is meant to be in. Those of us who have survived the great tribulation and eagerly claim for ourselves the promise of God, will gather together with all of the others who have survived as we have, to meet the Lord in our spiritual bodies and dwell with Him forever.)

Now what we will do is go back a couple of verses and pick up the subject of this. Paul is actually telling us something very important
here and it has everything to do with being snatched away, but not from God.

1 Thessalonians Chapter 4

13 But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren,
concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not,
even as others which have no hope.

(When Paul is telling us not to be ignorant, he is telling
us to know and understand exactly what he is saying.
Now, concerning them which are asleep. This is talking
about those who have died. The word “asleep” is number
G2837 and is "koimaō" and it means to die. The word is
taken from G2749 and is pronounced "keimai" and it means
of one buried. Others who have no hope are those who
do not believe in Christ or the resurrection. If you believe
that Christ arose after death, then you better believe that
you will, too. So the subject of this verse is, Where Are
The Dead? Nothing more and nothing less.)

14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again,
even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring
with him.

(Christians believe that Jesus died and rose again.
This is what makes us Christians. Christians who have
already died, will God bring with Him. You can’t bring
someone along if you don’t have them with you, can
you? The dead in Christ are already with the Father.
Let’s go to the Book of Luke for a moment when Jesus
resurrected the little girl.)

Luke Chapter 8

53 And they laughed him to scorn, knowing that she
was dead.

54 And he put them all out, and took her by the hand,
and called, saying, Maid, arise.

55 And her spirit came again, and she arose straightway:
and he commanded to give her meat.

(Her spirit came again. From where? Where did it go
if it had to come again? It went straight to the Father to
whom all souls belong. Jesus called her soul back, therefore
God sent her soul back to her body. This should
leave no question in your mind as to where the dead are.
They are with God immediately. Not hanging around in
a box in the ground with rotting bones and flesh. Would
you leave your child that was alive in a box full of bones
and rotting flesh? No! Not if you are a sane child of God.
We are all God’s children and He wouldn’t leave us, our
spirit, in a box full of that either. We immediately go to
be with Him when we die. Everyone. Even the worst of
sinners. Why? Because no one except Satan has been
named to eternal death yet and won’t be until after the
millennium.)

1 Thessalonians Chapter 4

15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord,
that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of
the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.

(We cannot prevent them which are dead because they
are already there. You can’t prevent someone from crossing
the finish line if they already have, can you? No. If
your child broke the vase that has been in your family for
generations, tell me how you can prevent it from being
broken if it already has been? You can’t. What is done is
done. The dead are already with the Father, therefore we
cannot precede them.)

16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with
a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the
trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:

(At what trump? At the last trump, of course. Satan
comes at the sixth trump and Jesus comes at the last
trump. The furthest one out. There are only seven of
them. Do you know what seven is? It stands for spiritual
completeness. The dead in Christ will rise first. Why will
they rise first? Because they are already there.)

17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught
up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in
the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

(Then. When is then? At the last trump of course. At
the moment that Jesus returns at the last trump. We
shall ALL be changed into our spiritual bodies at this time.
Sorry to disappoint, but it does say All. Not just a chosen
few of the “church”. You will have to share heaven with
me, a lowly sinner because I will be changed at the exact
same time as you. With them. With who? Those who
have already died and are in the spirit with God.)
The subject of these verses is simply, “Where Are The Dead?” It has nothing to do with a rapturing away of Godly people. You go
to the meaning of the words and then tell me that I lied to you about them. I’m not lying and neither is God. After writing this first letter to Thessalonica, Paul received numerous reports that the people were misinterpreting what he wrote. So he hastily wrote another letter. This we know as 2 Thessalonians. Let’s go there.

2 Thessalonians Chapter 2

1 Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our
Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto
him,

(Paul is telling the Thessalonians, and us, about the
coming of Jesus when that will be.)

2 That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled,
neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as
that the day of Christ is at hand.

(Paul is telling them to not be confused, by anyone or
anything. Not even by the first letter to them, known as
1 Thessalonians.)

3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day
shall not come, except there come a falling away first,
and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

(Let no man deceive you. Please listen to this. Let
no man deceive you. That Day, meaning the Lord’s day,
the millennium, SHALL NOT COME, except there come a
falling away first. The words “falling away” is number
G646 in the Greek Lexicon and is "apostasia" and signifies
apostasy from faith. That man of sin be revealed. Who
is the man of sin? Satan, who came here FIRST as the
antichrist. He IS the son of perdition.)

4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is
called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth
in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.

(Who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called
God? Satan does. Still talking about Satan here.)

5 Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I
told you these things?

(It is obvious that Paul told the Thessalonians these
things. He just didn’t write it in his first letter to them.
He had to remind them in the second letter because they
were confused. Don’t let man confuse you about God’s
word. Find out for yourself. When you do, you will see
that the rapture is a lie and a big one at that. Satan is
poised to take more Christian souls into his waiting arms
during the tribulation than at any other time. Don’t be
fooled.)

Jesus gave us warning while he was yet here on earth. He talked to his apostles and thereby gave us a warning to take heed of. Do
you know what it is? Let’s go to the Book of Luke.

Luke Chapter 17

22 And he said unto the disciples, The days will come,
when ye shall desire to see one of the days of the Son of
man, and ye shall not see it.

(Whenever the term “Son of man” is used, it is referring
to when Christ walked under the sun in his flesh body.
They won’t see those days anymore because he is going
to be crucified. His body will be transfigured AFTER
death and AFTER he has risen. Jesus is preparing them
for these things.)

23 And they shall say to you, See here; or, see there: go
not after them, nor follow them.

(Jesus is talking about the false christ here. People will
be saying, oh look, there is christ or here he is. Jesus is
saying to not listen to them for it is not so. If you are
still in your flesh body, then the seventh trump has not
sounded. If the seventh trump has not sounded, then
Christ has not returned. If Satan is here pretending to be
Christ and you are not changed into your spiritual body,
then turn your face away from Satan and worship the true
God and wait for His return.)

24 For as the lightning, that lighteneth out of the one
part under heaven, shineth unto the other part under
heaven; so shall also the Son of man be in his day.

(This is the day of his return. A day with God is as a
thousand years with man. A millennium. Only one of
God’s days.)

25 But first must he suffer many things, and be rejected
of this generation.

(The generation spoken of here is the generation that
crucified Christ. They freed a murderer, Barabbas, and
called for Christ to be crucified. The elder priests called
for the crucifixion of Jesus because he undermined their
authority. He was greater than they were and they were
jealous.)

26 And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also
in the days of the Son of man.

(Noe is the Greek word for Noah. What was going on
in the days of Noah? Remember that God destroyed all
that were on the earth because of the things they were
doing? Do you know? The fallen angels were on earth
and were having sex with the daughters of man. There
were children born of these un-natural unions and they
were known as gibbors, or giants. Goliath ring a bell?
There was a second influx of them after the flood. Satan
doesn’t give up. He is hell bound, I mean, bent. The fact
is, God destroyed these evil hybrids during Noah’s time
because of the evil that had taken over. Every sinful thing
you can imagine was going on. Jesus is telling us here
that it will be the same in the end as it was in the days
of Noah.)

27 They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they
were given in marriage, until the day that Noe entered
into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them
all.

(God snatched those abominable people away. He left
Noah and his family. Hmmm. Taken or left. What do you
choose? God will not tolerate a perversion of His truth.)

28 Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did
eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted,
they builded;

(Here we go with another example. They planted false
doctrines and they built false religions. They were quite
pleased with themselves and all their evil works. God
wasn’t. Read on.)

29 But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it
rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed
them all.

(God destroyed them all with fire and with brimstone.
God destroys those who destroy what He has set into
place as being natural. God destroyed the people who
had sex with the fallen angels along with their offspring.
God destroyed Sodom because of the un-natural homosexual
acts being performed there. If you have a problem
with this, then by all means, take it up with God because
He said it, I didn’t. God is not politically correct about it
either, just so you know.)

30 Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man
is revealed.

(This is to say at the end.)

31 In that day, he which shall be upon the housetop,
and his stuff in the house, let him not come down to take
it away: and he that is in the field, let him likewise not
return back.

(In that day is to say the Lord’s day. You don’t need a
thing at this point. No change of clothes or an overnight
bag. Don’t look back in sorrowful remembrance. This is
it. The end. Period.)

32 Remember Lot’s wife.

(What happened to Lot’s wife when she looked back at
Sodom? Oh yeah, she was destroyed by God. Turned
into a pillar of salt. Why do we look back on things? Because
we are remembering them. Why would she look
back upon Sodom? Because she missed it already. God
did not let her escape His wrath. She didn’t obey God and
paid the ultimate price for it. Will you?)

33 Whosoever shall seek to save his life shall lose it;
and whosoever shall lose his life shall preserve it.

(This is spiritually speaking. If you decide to sell your
soul to save yourself from a little bit of discomfort, then
you will lose your eternal life that God has promised. If
you are willing to stand strong and rebuke Satan to the
world for God’s sake, then your life will be saved. What
will you do? Run away to Satan’s rapture or stand and
fight against it?)

34 I tell you, in that night there shall be two men in one
bed; the one shall be taken, and the other shall be left.

(First of all, I need to reinforce that we are children of
the light and not of darkness. Satan is the prince of darkness.
Anything having to do with the sun is of God and
anything having to do with the moon is of Satan. The
night spoken of in this verse is the night before the day of
the Lord. How many times have you said that you hope
you are the one taken? Jesus just told us back in verse
23 to not follow them. Were you listening or did another
chill run up your leg? The one that was taken was the one
that went whoring after the antichrist. Shame on those
who claim to be Christian, yet are so unlearned that they
do not know what God is saying to us and pay no heed to
the warnings that He has given us.)

35 Two women shall be grinding together; the one shall
be taken, and the other left.

(Tell me friend. Do you still want to be taken? Snatched
away right into Satan’s open arms. Do you think Satan
will be wearing his devil suit to this party? No, no and no.
He will look and act exactly like Jesus Christ. He will perform
miracles and have supernatural abilities. Will you
be fooled? If you believe in the rapture then I’m so sorry
to say that you will be. If it saddens me, think of how it
makes your Father feel.)

36 Two men shall be in the field; the one shall be taken,
and the other left.

(The word rapture is not in the Bible. Not in the original
manuscripts and not translated from any original word.
All of this happens the night before the true Christ returns
at the last trump. I will be the one left. Proudly doing the
work of God. You go ahead and be taken if that is your
choice. Just remember that you have made your own
bed and you will have to lay in it. This isn’t a game and
there are no do-over’s. You won’t be able to say that you
didn’t know because God gave you the truth and it has
been before you all of your life. His truth is in the Bible,
His letter to you, and it has always been your responsibility
to find out what it says. To learn the deeper meanings
held within.)

37 And they answered and said unto him, Where, Lord?
And he said unto them, Wheresoever the body is, thither
will the eagles be gathered together.

(This is talking about the two witnesses from Revelation
11:8. Eagles is translated as buzzards and body is
translated as corpse. So where? Where the corpse is, or
the two witnesses who were killed by Satan and left dead
in the streets for 3 1/2 days, and the vultures gathered
together. Where are the two witnesses to be killed? Jerusalem.
Exactly 3 1/2 days after they are killed, the spirit
of God will move through them and they will come back
to life. This will terrify the nations because they had been
rejoicing in their death. Then God will tell them to come
up hither and they, the two witnesses, not the church, will
ascend to heaven. At this point, the seventh trump will
sound and the true Christ will appear.)

The thing is, to be taken is to be snatched away by Satan. Do not pray for such a thing, even if out of ignorance. Take the time to find out for yourself. Let’s go to the Book of Ezekiel. God sets the premise here that His arms are outstretched and He is talking to women prophets that put together lies that cover his outstretched arms whereby people only see and hear the lies that they tell. Margaret McDonald? I believe so. She was a sick little girl, possessed by an evil spirit that told two greedy preachers
a story of Profit, not Prophecy.

Ezekiel Chapter 13

17 Likewise, thou son of man, set thy face against the daughters of thy people, which prophesy out of their own heart; and prophesy thou against them,

(This is talking about female prophetesses. Out of their
own heart is out of their own imagination.)

18 And say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Woe to the women
that sew pillows to all armholes, and make kerchiefs
upon the head of every stature to hunt souls! Will ye hunt
the souls of my people, and will ye save the souls alive
that come unto you?

(The word “pillows” is the number H3704. It is H because
it is in the old testament and therefore it is Hebrew.
The word is "keceth" and it means covering. These coverings
were used by false prophetesses to support their
demonic fortune-telling schemes. The word comes from
the root of H3680 and is "kacah" and it means hidden or
concealed. To hide. A kerchief is H4555 and the word
is "micpachah" and it means a long, long veil, a coverlet.

These prophetesses were sewing these “pillows” with
their lies to hide the outstretched arms of our Almighty
God. It is still being done today when people teach others
that they will fly away and their soul will be saved. Telling
you that you don’t have to read and understand the word
of God. Trust them and they will fly you where you need
to be. Will you continue to believe these lies? Turn now
before it is too late. It is getting late in the game. God is
asking those that lie if they are able to save souls alive, or
give them eternal life with the Father. The answer is they
can’t. Can you give someone eternal life? Can the “pillow”
that Margaret McDonald sewed give you salvation?
Can you give yourself that same eternal life? No, but God
can. Will you have it?)

19 And will ye pollute me among my people for handfuls
of barley and for pieces of bread, to slay the souls that
should not die, and to save the souls alive that should not
live, by your lying to my people that hear your lies?

(To pollute for handfuls of barley and for pieces of bread
is to say that they are happy to spread lies about God for
the sake of a dollar. This is what John Darby did when he
and that other “preacher” took what Margaret muttered
to them from her sick bed and decided to turn a profit
from it. God has no use for those who teach His children
a false salvation.)

20 Wherefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am
against your pillows, wherewith ye there hunt the souls
to make them fly, and I will tear them from your arms,
and will let the souls go, even the souls that ye hunt to
make them fly.

(Here is your fly away doctrine. God is against it. He is
against those who have sewn their lies to cover His out
stretched arms. Are you still ready to fly away to save
your soul even though God is telling you that He is against
it?)

21 Your kerchiefs also will I tear, and deliver my people
out of your hand, and they shall be no more in your hand
to be hunted; and ye shall know that I am the LORD.

(God is saying to get out of His sight if you aren’t going
to tell the truth because He has no use for you.)

22 Because with lies ye have made the heart of the
righteous sad, whom I have not made sad; and strengthened
the hands of the wicked, that he should not return
from his wicked way, by promising him life:

(It is very sad to see Christians mislead by the masses.
God did not send us lies and confusion. Satan did
and through these lies, he is strengthened. What do you
stand for? If you don’t stand for something, then you
will fall for anything. Have you fallen for Satan’s lies? Or
worse, have you yourself taught them?)

23 Therefore ye shall see no more vanity, nor divine
divinations: for I will deliver my people out of your hand:
and ye shall know that I am the LORD.

(God is in control. This is how it will all happen. You
have the choice by the grace of God when He gave you
free will, to either love Him or Satan. That is why we are
here. To see who we will follow. Even an atheist has free
will. The thing is, whether they believe or not doesn’t
matter because all that is written will come to pass. By
not following God, you are following Satan. It is as simple
as that. There is no in between. You have one chance
to get it right. What will you choose? To fly away from
it all?)

Now I want to take you to 1 Corinthians. I tell you, friend, that the word of God is perfect and completely in sync. No chaos. No confusion. Satan is a pretty slick character though. You always have to be on guard against him, but when you have God with you, then who can be against you? Do you have Him with you?

1 Corinthians Chapter 15

51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep,
but we shall all be changed,

(Changed into what? Changed into our spiritual body.
We shall ALL not sleep (experience a flesh death), but we
shall ALL be changed. It says ALL of us will be changed.
Not some.)

52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last
trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be
raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

(How many times have you been taught that this one
phrase from this verse is talking about the rapture? Did
the one doing the teaching ever actually finish the verse?
In the twinkling of an eye. That means instantly. No pain
felt, just a snap of the fingers and presto, we are in our
spiritual bodies. When? AT THE LAST TRUMP! How many
trumps are there? SEVEN! When does the true Christ return?
At the seventh trump. When does antichrist come?
At the sixth trump. Seven does come AFTER six doesn’t
it? So when exactly does this rapture happen because
here we are at the very last trump and it hasn’t happened
yet. Even a small child can count. Can you? Seven
comes after six. There are seven trumps and the last one
is seven. That is when we will ALL be changed into our
spiritual bodies.)

53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and
this mortal must put on immortality.

(Corruptible is significant of our flesh body. It is corruptible.
It is susceptible to disease and illness. Age makes it not work as well as it used to. Incorruption is the spiritual body. Our spiritual body does not age and is never diseased or ill. What does it mean to be mortal? It means we die. Check out the word mortal in Greek. A
flesh body dies. The spiritual body is immortal. The only
way a spiritual body can die is to be cut off from God. We
must be changed into our spiritual bodies in order to be
with the Father. We cannot be present with Him while in
the flesh.)

54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption,
and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then
shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death
is swallowed up in victory.

(It is written in the Old Testament in Isaiah 25:8.
Death, meaning Satan, is swallowed up in victory, meaning
Christ. He has no more power or control over anyone
or anything. His lies no longer have the ability to steal
souls. God doesn’t deal in fairy tales. His word is NOT
fiction.)

55 O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy
victory?

(The grave has no victory because the soul is not in
the grave. Our soul goes to the Father instantly upon
death.)

I understand that no matter what some people are shown, they will believe a lie. You can try until you are blue in the face to tell them
that the grass is green and they will continue to think it red. You can show and explain God’s word to them and they will not be able to see or comprehend. God understands this, too. It is for this reason that He has given them strong delusion. Let’s go to 2 Thessalonians because I want to show you where in God’s word He tells us about these people that refuse to see the truth. God loves each and every one of us and therefore He looks out for us, even when we don’t deserve it.

2 Thessalonians Chapter 2
8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the
Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall
destroy with the brightness of his coming:

(The “then” spoken of here is when Satan is kicked out
of heaven by the Archangel Michael. The wicked is Satan.
The Lord shall consume with the truth and destroy with
the brightness of His coming. If you wish to be unlearned
of God’s word, then God will help you out. It breaks His
heart that His children do not care enough to even read
the letter that He wrote to them, but He will help them
out with their delusion.)

9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan
with all power and signs and lying wonders,

(There is not a word of truth in Satan. One of Satan’s
roles is that of the antichrist. The father of lies is Satan.
The rapture is a lie. What does that tell you? See St.
John 8:44. Jesus is talking to the Kenites, who are the
sons of Cain, who is the son of Satan. Jesus says there
that Satan is the father of all lies. Will you continue to be
mislead by his lies?)

10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in
them that perish; because they received not the love of
the truth, that they might be saved.

(Them that perish are those that choose to follow Satan.
Satan cannot save you, friend. You owe it to yourself to
learn the word of God. The least you can do is read the
letter that God gave you.)

11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion,
that they should believe a lie:

(Here is the strong delusion. God is basically saying
that if you want to be stupid, then He will help you be
stupid. God has done this because He loves us. He did
this for those who are too weak spiritually to be able to
stand and fight against the lie of Satan. See Isaiah 29:9.
God tells you there that He has sent the delusion. Sadly,
people would rather listen to satanic teachings than to the
word of God.)

In all truth, I could take you through the entire Bible chapter by chapter and verse by verse, stopping at every written word to define
its meaning, and never once will you hear the term “rapture”. Never once will you learn that we are going to fly away and be saved from tribulation. The main verses that support the rapture theory are only bits and pieces of a verse. “In the twinkling of an eye” and “one shall be left and the other taken” and the big one, “to be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air.” Funny how these three verses are not even talking on the
same subject. The twinkling of an eye is talking of when we are ALL changed into our spiritual bodies at the LAST trump. One left and one taken is talking of the NIGHT before the DAY of
the Lord. Those taken in the night are taken by Satan, not God. God doesn’t do His works in the night. Satan does. And the last one, being caught up together in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air is talking about where the dead are. Paul said, don’t be ignorant about where the dead are. Why are you being ignorant in believing this lie? As I said before, show me one time, give me just one example, where God raptured someone away out of trouble. Where
did He “take” a good person and “leave” a bad one? All throughout the Bible, God tested those He would use. Abraham was tested for a good long while by God. He waited 25 years for the child that God promised to give him through his barren wife. After waiting all those years, God told him to go sacrifice his son, Isaac. What
did Abraham do? He followed God’s instruction to the letter. God did not allow him to sacrifice Isaac, of course, but He was testing him. God doesn’t want a weak Christian to fight for Him.

He knows they will lose. He chooses strong Christians. Abraham isn’t the only one tested by God. What about Noah? What about Daniel? What about Joseph. Jacob? Paul? Moses? The list goes on and on. And let’s not forget Job. If you don’t know these stories, I highly recommend that you read them. If you choose to run and hide because you don’t have the guts to stand and fight against Satan for God’s sake, then by all means, go. That only tells me that
you are not a very strong Christian. It tells me that you are too weak minded to stand against Satan. Do you think for a moment that Jesus did not go through a tribulation that was horrifying
and profoundly evil? Why do you think that you deserve to be “raptured away” when Christ stayed right here and went through more trial and tribulation than any of us ever have or ever will go through? If you are not willing to stand and fight, then you are insulting My God. You are insulting Jesus Christ, who died on that
cross for you, so that you could have eternal life with Him. Why did He die on that cross? Why was He humiliated and scorned? So you, oh perfect Christian child, could be raptured away and never have to deal with any type of real tribulation? I am honored to know that I am a child of God and that I will be LEFT BEHIND. I
will not run to Satan’s outstretched arms thinking to save my soul from trial. God is on my side so I say to Satan, BRING IT ON! I look forward to that day of tribulation. If you knew the word of God, you would know that Satan cannot harm one hair on your head if you have the seal of God in your forehead. When God pours out that cup of wrath, you could be standing right under it and it will not touch you. Why? Because God loves those who love Him and will destroy those who don’t. It’s that simple. Will you run
to Satan’s arms thinking to be raptured away to avoid tribulation?

Or will you don the Gospel Armor and take a stand with me, your sister in Christ, to fight against the flood of lies that will spew forth from Satan’s lips as he stands there pretending to be Christ?

Whatever you decide to do is up to you. The salvation of your soul is up to you. Just don’t think that you will have the luxury of saying that you didn’t know. It won’t fly. And neither will you.

  1. I'm supposed to be working, but I couldn't avoid finishing your amazing post. Very well said, indeed! I've never understood the attraction of the rapture movement, except for the obvious temptations. One temptation you didn't mention is the one that I think primarily drove Tim LaHaye in his Left Behind writing, which is a desire to cast certain Christian denominations that he despised in the role of the ones unworthy of being taken away.

    1. Thank you. It's good to not be bashed for my "view" on the rapture for a change. :) I didn't really research Tim LaHaye when I originally wrote this but after reading your comment, I do believe you are correct. I'm glad Mrs. Grunt is comfortable now in your congregation. How sad that "Christians" feel the need to put down another child of God and act as though they are not quite good enough. That's how the Pharisee acted when he prayed at the wall next to the Publican. We know how God saw that! Are you going to start posting at your blog again? We are meant to be watchmen. That involves not only watching but speaking out as well. To put your head in the sand and try to see only the good and right is fallacy. Sometimes you have to step on more than just toes to wake someone up. If you are interested, I have written a few books and working on more, that I offer free. It is just the KJV Bible explained. I haven't changed anything, just taken the text back to the original language. I have been working on this for the past 7 years and I am still not finished, but maybe I'll get there. Anyway, the link to the first, Genesis Explained, is here: http://www.free-ebooks.net/ebook/Genesis-Explained

And I have others there as well. No obligation. :) Hope you and the Mrs. have a blessed weekend.

    2. Hey CW! Thanks for the response. Sorry it took me a few days to reply again. I have looked at some of your Bible commentary and I'm intrigued! I'll be reading more, for sure. To answer your question, I've been mostly posting at PoliNation.wordpress.com lately, but will be catching my personal blog up to date very soon. Just behind, currently, with work. Take care!!

  2. I should add that I appreciate your insights that you mentioned early in your post. My wife is still traumatized by certain events in a certain southern denomination that tended to reject or ostracize people who were looked upon as sinners (divorced women, wearers of open toed shoes, ... ;) ). She's much more comfortable in our congregation now that acknowledges us all as sinners and strives to bring us all back to the table.

I haven't seen you around for a while, but I'm glad you're posting again! Since I saw you last, I've stopped posting at 4gfc.wordpress.com. I grew tired of arguing about the strict standards that had been adopted by the other founders. Their aim was to keep it extremely pure to the point of restricting all "worldly" discussion, remaining separated from the world, almost like a monastery. I couldn't do it. I feel it's a mistake to remove oneself from the real world if you are not called to do so, and I am called to work in the real world. I'm mentioning this because I like what you said about the importance of discernment when it comes to religious fanatics. I think you get it. Thanks! Keep in touch!
